The professionals are always ready to help and facility is clean and child friendly. Everyone has an evergreen smile on their face, including the customers. My service manager Corey Henderson is always on the look out for best and timely service of my car. He takes the extra steps necessary in a trusting transaction and relation to communicate convenience, schedule and above all the maintenance of my car. He is so friendly with kids too, it makes the entire servicing process so cheerful and so much less strenuous. Kudos to Corey at Boch. More
The person seemed very stress out and to me, I didn't find him friendly at all. I understand upto a point his behavior because of workload from all the recalls and, may be hectic work schedule. Robert worked very hard to make sure my experience was as good as possible. The repairs associated with the floor mat recall are completely invisible (fantastic, since there was carpet work involved). Where it was factory recall work, the price was nil, but the addition of a free oil change definitely increased the value of service. Great service representative, great quality of work. Would have preferred an accurate estimate of repair duration when I asked (prior to arrival at dealership), but Robert handled that error gracefully. More
Mr. Dennis Loomis, the service consultant, always makes me feel that he has my best interests at heart. He always explains the situation in detail...offers options (when they are available)...and puts dri me feel that he has my best interests at heart. I always ask for Mr. Loomis whenever either of our two Avalons requires service, because I know that I will be taken care of in a graciuos and professional manner. To me, Mr. Loomis IS Boch Toyota. I went to this dealership about a week ago. First off, I could not find it, then once I have arrived, you need to walk into the back parkinglot to find a car. It was freezing cold and my dad and I are outside, no one even bothered to come and help us, sales men saw us, but did not bother to help. After finding the car with the model number that I wanted, we went inside to talk numbers. was the BEST price around. The next day I went to copeland toyota in brockton and tInside was HUGE, and very unorganized, it seemed like everyone was just sitting around and didnt want to help you with any thing. They insisted on the price that they gave me hey beat their price by about 800$. I was extremely dissappointed in this, I thought that it would be a great place to go look at cars, but it wasn't. Customer service was very pushy as well. It was just all in all a very bad experience and I would never go back to this dealership! Thank you! More

EXTREME DISSAPOINTMENT! This past Sunday, after seeing a Toyota Camry special commercial on television, my father suggested that I may want to check it out. He was skeptical but told me to ask questions before we drove out (we live over 2 hours away). I first spoke with the salesman who told me that they did have the Camry's advertised in the commercial in stock, and in several colors including "several black, gold and silver". I told him I would be coming from CT and needed to make sure it would be worth the drive and that they were definitely available. I asked about additional fees and he confirmed everything in the ad. I then received a call from the sales manager, Arnold. He said that he called to make sure that his salesman answered all of my questions. I asked how the deal was available in MA but not CT, and he told me how the company pays cash for their cars, how it is such a large dealership exc. He told me the specs on the car and once again confirmed that they were available. I told him that I would be travelling over 2 hours and inquired about registering the car in CT. On Monday, before leaving to make the drive I once again called and spoke to Brendan who confirmed that they had the cars and told me he could have a salesman available to get the purchase process going. Upon arrival at the dealership, the salesmen I worked with told me that you did NOT have any of the stock numbers in the ad available. He said although he had Camry CE's they would be more money and that he only had silver in stock. I explained everything to him that I wrote in this comment, including giving him the names of the people I spoke with. I told him I drove 2 + hours because I was told the cars were available. He spoke with several people and then came back with a sales manager who told me the price for the same car but different stock number would be $2000 more and only silver unless I spent even more for an updated model. I am disgusted by the blatant use of this "bait and switch" tactic! I told every person I talked to how far I was coming, asked every question, and was repeatedly lied to by the sales staff. My father and I wasted over 6 hours driving to and from your dealership to be lied to by unethical salespeople. More
