Very Good The service was efficient and welcoming as I have always found it. My only negative - the protocol for safety for the Covid-19 virus was sketchy. I usually bring the car in for service but sent my husband as I am 70 years old with compromised lungs. I wasn't sure how thing would be handled. My husband said that the protocol was very lax. I would think that all employees would be required to wear masks at all times and that social distancing would be enforced. More
