My husband and I have bought both of our Toyotas from Boch because of their great customer service and friendliness. When I brought my Camry in today for an oil change, the Service Associate, Greg, gree Boch because of their great customer service and friendliness. When I brought my Camry in today for an oil change, the Service Associate, Greg, greeted me with a smile and cheery conversation about the weather (it was very hot today and he was in a hot garage--I was quite surprised by his cheerfulness). He got me all checked in and directed me to the waiting area which was very large, comfortable, and clean as well as provided a movie to watch. I was feeding my daughter when Greg came to tell me my car was ready; he told me to go ahead and take my time and he would hold on to my paperwork and keys at his station. Once I was done, I went to Greg who took me to checkout and then went to drive my car around to the door and turn on the A/C so that the car would be cooled off for my daughter. Greg went above and beyond to service my car and earned a place in my heart for being so conscious of the weather and knowing my car had been sitting for a while. By far the BEST customer service at a car dealer. Ever. More
BOB MADE EVERYTHING WORK EASILY AS HE ASKED PERTINENT QUESTIONS TO DELINEATE THE REASON I WAS REQUESTING A SERVICE. THE CAR WAS RIDING ROUGH AND I WAS NOT CERTAIN IF IT WAS A POOR TIRE OR THE SUSPENSION. QUESTIONS TO DELINEATE THE REASON I WAS REQUESTING A SERVICE. This will be my 2nd new car purchase and I've bought many used cars and by far this has been the best experience I've ever had with a dealer. The price I paid was the best you could get anywhere, I did the r used cars and by far this has been the best experience I've ever had with a dealer. The price I paid was the best you could get anywhere, I did the research and I was well under invoice price. David was very professional and polite. When he says he will do something he means it. He promised to take care of some issues I had and was very prompt and followed up as promised. I hope when the time come to trade in for a new car he will still be at Boch. Also, I had a question about my dealer installed alarm/remote start and the service department answered my questions right away. So far the best dealer experience ever. At the very least you need to stop in and check them out if you are in the market for a Toyota, it's worth going a few extra miles to them. More
We have been continuous customers at Boch. In fact, prior to this visit we've already bought three cars from them. This time, we went to get a lease for a 2010 Toyota corolla LE. We we're greeted right upon entry into the dealership by a smiling employee, Charles Lee. He was very personable and comfortable to talk to, and he understood exactly what we were looking for. He worked with management to find the right car and price for us, and didn't lose his friendly manner at any time during our deal. Although the price for the lease was quite a bit higher than advertised, that was to be expected. We walked away with a new, perfectly functional car in just two days. Mr. Lee prepared all the paperwork in a timely fashion, took care of the car while we were away, and even gave us a collection of CD's to listen to in it. Overall, I would recommend this dealership and this specific employee to others. More

I purchased a new 2010 Tacoma SR5 from Boch. Having worked in new car sales in the past, I knew exactly how much I would be willing to pay above dealer cost, and called to see if they would be agreeabl worked in new car sales in the past, I knew exactly how much I would be willing to pay above dealer cost, and called to see if they would be agreeable to working from invoice before going there. I found the truck I wanted, they showed me the original Toyota invoice, (not some crap made up by the dealer, the real thing), I told them what I'd pay after rebates and we signed the papers within an hour! No hassle, no b.s., just a straight-forward, professional sale! I was thrilled! The truck was registered and delivered clean, on time, and with a full tank of gas. Not bad, considering I bought it for over $1,100.00 BELOW dealer cost after rebates! It was a pleasure doing business there and I would recommend the sales dept. to anyone! More

I got “Maintenance required” in my dash board. I did drive to Boch Toyota because I know that the best people to take care of your care are the people that you bought it from. I waited in the service line and in less that a minute I got in and a pass boy used his hand to park my car in the right position. Mr. Corey Henderson approached me while I am still sitting in my Car and said Sir; what kind of service are you here for today? I answered I think it is “Oil Change” and he took the Care pin number and he said you are correct. Politely with a very nice smile he asked for the key and asked me to wait in the rest area and he will call me when the car is done I did watch a nice movie and I got some free popcorn and he called my name after about 35 minutes Mr. Mahmoud your car is ready. What else any one can ask for?. It is an excellent service and Corey is a very nice person. Mahmoud More
