I went in to have the check engine light on my car diagnosed. Bob G. let me know the process and approximately the time that it would take. I had not replaced the gas cap securely after I had last filled up. This was not allowing the tank to obtain a good seal and therefore was alerting the car computer that something was wrong. As you can imagine, I felt like an idiot for not having replaced the gas cap correctly. Bob G. understood my embarrassment and did not charge me for the diagnosis. I have always taken my Toyota to a dealership for all maintenance and repairs where ever I have lived (Minnesota, Missouri, and Massachusetts). I feel that the Toyota dealerships, including Boch, have done outstanding work with great service. More
