Worst experience I have ever had...Inquired about a newspaper add for Sienna which was supposed to be on sale...Two available at the price in the paper...Went to dealership to see and drive car...Had t newspaper add for Sienna which was supposed to be on sale...Two available at the price in the paper...Went to dealership to see and drive car...Had to wait ten to fifteen minutes before they could even find a salesmen to help us!..Wsa introduced to Robert...2 minutes into our converstaion he says that we can't get the car at the price in the paper...Got the old "bait and switch"...Was told that I would have to qualify for two rebates to get vehicle at the advertised price...(Military and College Grad rebates)...When I said that wasn't in the ad, the response was "You didn't read it correctly"..."It says all rebates and incentives go to Dealer"...That may be true, but the ad did not say I had to qualify for the rebates/incentives to get the price...I started to walk out and the sales manager stepped over and introduced himself..."Jim"...and said if I was still interested, I could have the car at the quoted price in the paper...I asked for a test drive...Now have to wait for 20 minutes while they find the car...Robert comes back and says the car is on another lot, we'll have to drive to it, or, "you can test drive another Sienna"...I told him I wanted to test drive and see the car I was going to buy...Another 15 minutes while he supposedly finds a car to drive us down to the lot....Again, tired of waiting, my wife and I start to leave...Robert runs out to car (miraculously) just as we are about to leave and says he needs 5 more minutes to find a car...Really?...he can't find a dealer car to drive us down to a lot????...Said no thanks...He says he still wants to show me the car...I told him I will drive myself down to lot and he can meet him there...He never shows...When I get to the other lot, the salesman there (this is Boch's Used Car showroom now)is baffled as to why they would have sent me there...they call over to the main showroom and the story is that Robert followed us down and went to the back lot to "wait for us"...Honestly, this is just not true as he could have never passed us without us seeing him...We waited 5 more minutes and left...Obviously, they did not want to sell the car to us...truly a bad experience...These peopple are disoroganized, unprofessional, disrespectful, and I will never consider going back to this dealership...They are the epitome of the perception of the "Used Car Saleman"...If you go there to buy a car...you better believe in the phrase "Caveat Emptor"... all of the people we worked with were very nice to us. John was our sales rep and he was very knowledgable about the products he was selling. Glenn was a manager we dealt with when discussing financing options and trade in values. I must say we gave him a hard time but he maintained a great attitude through the entire process. Being a sales rep myself I know how hard it can be to maintain a positive attitude through tough times in a sale. To finish up the paper work we were brought to see Arman. He was very efficient and effective in going over the necessary paper work and questions we had. Overall I would say it was a good experience and I would revisit the location if I decide to purchase another Toyota in the future. More
Was leasing a Toyota Corolla. Received a call from JD asking if I wanted to turn in my car early and select a new car for purchase or lease. He was willing to drop a Rav4 at my house for a test drive, b asking if I wanted to turn in my car early and select a new car for purchase or lease. He was willing to drop a Rav4 at my house for a test drive, but I ended up going to the dealership. JD had a car waiting for me. Ended up going back in the afternoon to discuss a new lease. Negotiating a price is not my favorite thing to do. I had an idea of what I wanted to pay and we settled very close to that amount. It seemed to take a little longer than it should to get the paperwork completed. Also, given that it was the weekend I was going to have to wait for the registration and have a safety inspection performed during the following week. We agreed that I would bring the car back on Tuesday to complete the process. I brought the car back on Tuesday evening. Unfortunately, the paperwork had not been completed and I was not informed of that fact until I arrived. JD was able to get the registration processed the next day, however, the RMV apparently had a glitch in their system and I was unable to get a safety inspection done in a timely manner. This was frustrating and not necessarily the dealership's fault. Although I was extremely disappointed about the delays in completing the process, I felt that JD kept me in the loop and made every effort to get the issue resolved. In fact, JD provided me with a rental car so that I could get to an appointment while they attempted to resolve the issue with the RMV. Ultimately, the dealership was able to resolve the issue with the RMV later that day and JD waited at the dealership after hours for me to pick up the car. JD was very friendly and provided excellent service. I hope he is still at the dealership when my lease expires in 3 years so that I get a chance to work with him again. I would have given the dealership 5's for overall experience and quality of work but for the delay in finishing all the paperwork in a timely and efficient manner. More
I went in to Boch Toyota in Norwood with no intention to purchase a new truck. I asked to test drive a few Tundra trucks and the salesman was very courteous and insisted I take my time and look at both lot purchase a new truck. I asked to test drive a few Tundra trucks and the salesman was very courteous and insisted I take my time and look at both lots (one down the street) to see if they might have something I would be interested in. After looking and driving several, we talked about price and trade in. Rick took the time to meet my needs and try to hammer out a deal that was fair for me. Boch gave me a decent price for my well used Tundra (2002) and a super deal on a new TRD. I had done my homework and this is the 2nd truck I have purchased from Boch at the Norwood store. If you’re looking for a good deal and you’re serious about buying a car, I would recommend buying from Boch. They went out of there way to accommodate my needs to work out a great deal. Rick is focused on delivering value to his customers and making all parties happy. His follow-up calls insured I got my registration taken care of and I was happy with the truck. I give Rick a 5 star rating. More

Charles Lee provided all the information necessary about my vehicle in an energetic yet respectful manner. He prepared all the paperwork and details and called and texted me appropriately to keep me informe my vehicle in an energetic yet respectful manner. He prepared all the paperwork and details and called and texted me appropriately to keep me informed. I found him very professional in terms of his sense of responsibility. Brendan in internet sales was at least quick in offering a competitive price. Aside from Charles Lee's profesisonalism, Boch Toyota provided the new car sales experience I have come to expect over the years: managers directly lying to you about what 'final' price they'll sell you the car until you threaten to walk out when they change it, usual high pressure sales techniques, and the business manager trying to extract as much extra money as seemlessly as possible during the loan and extended warranty discussions. I already bought in the last twelve years from Boch Toyota 6 cars: 4 Camrys, 1 Corolla and just last week a Toyota Venza. The sales person who assisted through the whole operation is named Amer Ajou. H Toyota 6 cars: 4 Camrys, 1 Corolla and just last week a Toyota Venza. The sales person who assisted through the whole operation is named Amer Ajou. He was courteous, patient, friendly although always professional. When bying the Venza, the negotiations were done in minimal time to the satisfaction of all parties. When my wife and myself took delivery of the car, Amer made sure we were completely satisfied: He explained to us how to operate all the "bells and whistles" of the new car as well as what are the follow up services we need to adhere to. Whenever a need arise, Amer will contact us and inform how to best approach this particular matter: We are completely satisfied with the after sales service. More
Bob Gandofo went out of his way to insure timely completion of 20000 mile service on my 2010 Prius in order for me to keep a very important medical appointment. He also did a thorough check for any completion of 20000 mile service on my 2010 Prius in order for me to keep a very important medical appointment. He also did a thorough check for any open recalls that might apply to the vehicle. This is my best experience ever at a dealership. More
