Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. Chris was in no way pushy as some salesperson can be. In fact, I came to Boch Toyota last year to purchase a new car, I was very put off by a salesman named C in no way pushy as some salesperson can be. I walked out of Boch Toyota and drove right to another dealership where I purchased a new Highlander. I only came back to Boch to look, and was greeted by Chris Gray who went above and beyond for us. Had Chrisma greeted me, I would walked out the door. I can't imagine he is good for Boch Toyota's reputation as I have friends who have also had bad experiences with him. Luckily I have Chris to refer them to in the future. Glen the manager I met with before driving off in my new Camry was also wonderful - very professional. I was pleased with the overall experience I had and will return to Boch in the future. They called when they said they would, they had the car ready when they said they would - everything was wonderful. Highly reccomend this dealership! More

J.D. worked with us to give us monetary value because our car was under the lease mileage allotment. While you always wish you could pay less for a car I think the price we negotiated was fair on both sides. J.D. was patient and polite and I felt he was honest when he told us at a certain point that he simply couldn't do a deal a specific price I wanted. At the end when I offered to split the difference he agreed right away and things proceeded very quickly from there. My only complaint is with the amount of time it took us to complete everything (6 hours) which I think was most likely attributable to how busy the dealership was and had nothing to do with J.D. More
