He definitey cares about his customers, listening to my expectations and also offering the shuttle ride option to me on both ends of the appoinemtent...no waiting in this busy service/sales center was also a wonderful thing. I put a lot of time into purchasing a new Toyota Rav 4. I started at Boch in Norwood, MA, as I heard they had the best prices. Boch provided a very informative, low-pressure sales environment. I told them I would be shopping the price, and they gave me no attitude at all. I walked out of Boch with a price, and proceeded to shop at other dealers. First I tried Balise Toyota in Warwick, Rhode Island - horrible experience. They told me they were ready to do "crazy deals" to move cars, but it was a crock. Their BEST price was still a couple thousand higher than Boch. When I told Balise where they needed to bewith the price, they almost threw me out the door. I will never go back even if they are giving cars away (well, maybe if they give them away!) The next step in the process blew my mind - I was referred to Tarbox Toyota in Warwick by a family member, and was told that this is where the best deal would be. I was convinced that I would be getting a better deal here than at Boch, so I went. I told them what I could buy the car for, and they said they had the exaact car I wanted, and would match the price. Well, they could not get the car I wanted; the salesguy threw an extra hundred on the price, plus another hundred to track down/deliver the right color and options. I was in a bad mood already. I told Boch that Tarbox would match the price, and Boch came down again to beat the Tarbox price by a considerable amount. And Boch said the exact car I wanted was sitting on the Boch lot waiting for me. I was shocked - the people at Boch (who I had never dealt with before) were treating me better than Tarbox which was a family referral. After I canned the Tarbox deal, they came back with a better price, but I had already soured on them. Boch was honest and straightforward from the beginning. I asked for and got their best price without having to play games, with no hidden costs and fees. They treated me like family even though I was initially a tire-kicker who lived 50 miles away. I will go back to Boch when it is time for another car. More

After the first 5,000 miles I got my first service (free oil change). Now after 10,000 miles I just got my routine maintained and also the inspection sticker. Without a shadow of a doubt BOCH Toyota is not only the best Car dealership in America but only in the entire planet. I do like the movie theater in the waiting area and the free coffee and the high tables that helped me to grade my student’s exam while I was waiting. Fantastic experience and I recommend Boch to anyone who needs a piece of mind. More

I drove to Boch because I was impressed by Rick's honesty and quick response on our emails we exchanged... When I arrived he had the Tacoma ready to test drive and was a pleasure to deal with... The honesty and great service continued as I felt very comfortable purchasing a new Tacoma from Rick and Vern at Boch Toyota... After buying a car from Boch Toyota from Chrishna and having a OK experience I thought I would do it again when we needed a new family SUV, a 2011 toyota Highlander. After emailing back and forth w/ Chri having a OK experience I thought I would do it again when we needed a new family SUV, a 2011 toyota Highlander. After emailing back and forth w/ Chrishna and telling him explicitly in the email and phone calls that we were looking for a new 2011 Highlander I thought everthing was set for my hour drive to the dealership. Upon arrival I was given a 2011 Highlander to test drive so I thought everything was going to go fine. When the time came to make the deal Chrishna then told me he had no deals on the 2011 and that he gave me quotes for a 2010 in all our emails so I would "have to get" a 2010. I have emails showing that I explicitly requested quotes for a 2011 never mind the phone conversations!! Needless to say I got taken, classic bait and switch and I walked. Thank god I found Acton Toyota who gave me a 2011 for a better price than Chrishna offered me on a 2010!!! Needless to say I will NEVER go to Boch Toyota and I will NEVER recomend them to anyone I know..... More
This is the first positive experience I have had at this dealership. It was only because of Bob Gandolfo. He listened, was courteous, and went out of his way to make sure he understood our problem. I have been in the market for a couple of weeks for a Toyota Tacoma and contacted Boch regarding their inventory over the internet. I was provided with a prompt response from their internet department, g Toyota Tacoma and contacted Boch regarding their inventory over the internet. I was provided with a prompt response from their internet department, given an initial quote on the Tacoma I was interested in, and received a customer number with an invitation to come in and take it for a test drive. My wife and I proceeded to go to Boch to look at this truck, but prior to going in we decided to survey their lot to see what else they had as well. We saw two other Tacoma's that we became interested in with different packages and more expensive than the one we initially came to look at. We decided we would like to see them as well. We did not see the truck I had received a quote online for. We went inside and asked to speak with Robert, who we met while scanning their inventory outside. We told him of our desire to see the vehicle we discussed online as well as the other two trucks we saw. He immediately wanted the information on the two trucks in their lot and disregarded the truck from online. I said that I did not see the truck we initially came to look at and emailed their internet department about. He said "oh, its probably gone - we sell a lot of cars here" in a flippant way and moved on to get information on the two more expensive pickups in their lot. He then asked for all of my personal information. I told him I already provided that over the internet and he dismissed saying that "oh, thats ok, let me take it again". I told him I had a customer number which was provided to me but he refused to take it. He then went to get the keys to the vehicles in the lot. Fifteen minutes later I finally got up and sought Robert out. I asked what was taking so long and again asked where the truck was that we came to look at. Robert told me, "oh its in another lot down the street". I became irate and again asked what was the point of dealing with the internet department for a week only to come in and find out they could care less about out "customer ID number" or even the truck I was interested in in the first place? He told me to relax and showed me his paperwork and said "look, I have all of your information right here! I found it for you!". A this point, my wife noticed on the paperwork that Robert had the address from my license, and seeing we had recently moved was not the address I provided to the internet department. As we questioned it, Robert continued to just smile and as I looked at the paperwork, began to laugh at how upset I was getting. My wife noticed immediately at which point she called him out on it, and at that point we told him we did not want to do any business with a dealership that was less than reputable. I understand Ernie Boch Jr is a popular man and that he does a great deal of advertising and sells a lot of cars, but the circus atmosphere of the dealership, the fact that the internet research for a week was meaningless, and that the feeling of a "bait and switch" tactic had started leads me to never again consider buying a vehicle from their dealership. The fact that I was literally being laughed at is so infuriating I really had to leave the dealership before anything escalated further. We purchased a Toyota Matrix two years ago from Copeland Toyota who were fantastic after a similar experience at Boch, and this time felt the public should be aware of their salespeople's unethical tactics. I had had my 2008 Toyota RAV-4 in for regular maintence last week - each time I go the staff is always very pleasant.
