When I walked into the dealership I was very distraught, my car had broken down on a Friday and here it was a Sunday, I wasn't sure how I was going to get to work the next day. A friend agreed to give me a ride to look for cars, I literally had one day to shop. Since this was the 5th car I had gone through in 5 years, I wanted something reliable and new. Jackson was very understanding of my situation, he took into effect that I had three children, my buget and how many miles a day I drove a day. He helped me find a car that fit my needs, and I never felt pressured. He sensed my stress and was able to calm my nerves. I was able to purchase a 2011 Camry it's a beautiful car and I am very pleased with it. I live in Plymouth, and could have gone to a dozen dealers that were closer to home. I was so happy I made the trip to Boch Toyota, I advised a friend of mine who had been in the market for a car to go there, she also purchased a car from Jackson on the following week. More

We were hoping for the same experience and we were not let down. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with a big smile by Mark Grasso. He was incredibly friendly and immediately started discussing options with us. I explained what i was looking for and within 10 minutes we came back in from the lot with the exact car i wanted. Unfortunately, it was a little above my price range. I met with the finance people and they said give them a few days and they will see what they can do. For the next few days mark kept in touch with me, letting me know that they were doing what they could to help me. He was very reassuring and i truly got the feeling he was actually working for me and not for himself. So i had no problem waiting. My credit was not the best so i knew my interest rate was putting me over my budget. Luckily, Jimmy Pritts worked his magic for me and within 3 days i not only had a new car, but an unbelievable interest rate. Everyone at Boch from start to finish was incredible. From Rick when i walked in to Jimmy working exaustively on getting me to my desired price, they really came together and helped me. I highly recommend going to Boch Toyota. They were all very friendly and helpful and i promise you will not be disappointed. More
We have dealt with John McDaniel on 2 occasions at Boch Toyota and he has been great to work with. After the sale, he has seen that our needs are addressed and met to the best of his ability. I went to find about the price of RAV4 and take a test drive and came out after buying the car. John, the sales person took me for the test drive and answered all my queries with patience. The price which I offered him, he accepted without doing a lot of up down and the deal was done in less than an hour. On the day of taking the delivery, John picked me from station and the car was ready. He explained me all the functions of the car in a very friendly way. If you need to buy a car at this dealership, I would suggest look for John. More
John,Danielle,and Hamzeh are professionals that care about their customers. They invest a lot of time helping customers make informed decisions. They were honest knowledgeable and caring. Unlike other dealers there was no uncomfortable pressure. John took us on a test drive and spent lots of time with us, answering lots of questions. He followed up with phone calls to us, not being pushy but just checking out to see if he could be of any help with any questions we might have.. John also took us for a one on one tour of your facility today. Danielle also corresponded with me numerous times both via email and on the phone. She helped us make our final decision to purchase the Camry answering many questions and working out the pricing details. Hamzeh is the first new car Business Manager that I enjoyed working with. I've had many negative experiences in the past and was apprehensive about sitting down with any Business Manger. Hamzeh was great and truly a professional who's number once concern is for the customer, and not getting us to purchase extra items we may or may not want. John, Danielle, and Hamzeh are professionals that care about their customers. More

They worked with the cost of the new truck and with the trade-ins, they took two of my older cars off my hands and gave me fair value for them and of course they were frindly. I was pleased that the dealer and I was able to agree on a price for the new truck on the phone / internet before going to the dealer. Becouse of this, the relationship with John McDaniel (sales)was about getting to know and understand the new truck and the process of the busness side of things, it was a real pleasure. I should note, that the finace officer was good. However, he should of explained to my wife and I that he was goining to roll the taxes into the loan amount (I would have told him that we would put more down to pay for the taxes as-well. Also, I feel to much time was spent trying to sell me an extended warrenty and many other misc. items. The detailing could have been better on the truck (some minor wax splaters was left on the exterior which only I had noticed). But I realy loved that it was in the shown room ready to go, it looked good. I love my new Tundra. I should point out that if the rear step bumper was a few inches deeper(at the top)then it would provide better footing for getting into and out of the truck bed. The one thing I wish was difernent on the truck and which the dealer could have some influences was the type of floor mats that came with the truck. The mats have teeth on the back of the mat, the type that grip into carpet flooring. (The teeth are there to prevent the mat for sliping on carpet). But my truck has ruber type flooring so the mats slip around - this is a small detail that does not take away from the excellence from the rest of the design and dealership service. More

Great job from start to finish. Never felt pressure to close a deal and price was great fro what we got. Trade in value was also excellent.
