I went to Boch Toyota to buy a new Sienna due to waiting till the last minute to find out everything we need to cart around 2 children didn’t fit in our current crossover. With a wife 9 months pregnant and a vehicle that clearly would not meet our needs, it was time to make a purchase. The decision was easy- we needed more space and the Sienna fit the bill. Always had great luck with Toyota, so making a purchase with limited time still felt ok. I emailed for a quote and was connected with Danielle Werman who set me up with Mike Doud who took great care of me. The deal was done within an hour or so after arriving and they definitely made the trip worthwhile. The back and forth was minimal and I got what I consider to be a good deal with more van for my money. Mike had a counterpart that entered the picture who was also pleasant to deal with, but his name escapes me. Mike was professional and courteous and was in contact with me while the behind the scenes work was ongoing. This is why I rate my experience as GREAT. My financing experience was also excellent. Martha Shindlewig (SP?) was great. Fast and no hard sell. I told her what I was interested in and what I was not. This is the third car I have bought from Boch (2 Toyota and 1 Honda). Memorial Day weekend purchase caused for a long dealership experience. More finance staff would have been helpful. Actual sales associate was patient and helpful. My mother and I came into BOCH Toyota about a week ago, and that is where we met John Potsidis. He is truly very friendly, PATIENT, and acquires superb customer service skills that all sales representative and that is where we met John Potsidis. My mother recently got into a terrible car accident while driving her Toyota Corolla, and she needed to buy a pre-owned vehicle. Initially, John showed her many different cars, but unfortunately they were sold. Finally, she found something that suited her, but there was only one problem - the price. We did not initially agree on the deal, which is very common in all business transactions. This is where John stepped in, and again proved his quality of work and care for the customer's experience at BOCH Toyota. He spoke to many different sales managers, and even involved one of his other co-workers, Mike Doud, who also deserves the same recognition as John. These two employees truly wanted to hear our concerns, and by doing this, encouraged us to buy the vehicle. When I walked into the dealership I was very distraught, my car had broken down on a Friday and here it was a Sunday, I wasn't sure how I was going to get to work the next day. Jackson was very understanding of my situation, he took into effect that I had three children, my buget and how many miles a day I drove a day. He helped me find a car that fit my needs, and I never felt pressured. He sensed my stress and was able to calm my nerves. I was able to purchase a 2011 Camry it's a beautiful car and I am very pleased with it. I live in Plymouth, and could have gone to a dozen dealers that were closer to home. I was so happy I made the trip to Boch Toyota, I advised a friend of mine who had been in the market for a car to go there, she also purchased a car from Jackson on the following week. More

We were hoping for the same experience and we were not let down. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with a big smile by Mark Grasso. He was incredibly friendly and immediately started discussing options with us. I explained what i was looking for and within 10 minutes we came back in from the lot with the exact car i wanted. Unfortunately, it was a little above my price range. I met with the finance people and they said give them a few days and they will see what they can do. For the next few days mark kept in touch with me, letting me know that they were doing what they could to help me. He was very reassuring and i truly got the feeling he was actually working for me and not for himself. So i had no problem waiting. My credit was not the best so i knew my interest rate was putting me over my budget. Luckily, Jimmy Pritts worked his magic for me and within 3 days i not only had a new car, but an unbelievable interest rate. Everyone at Boch from start to finish was incredible.
