John McDaniel was very helpful from start to finish. He had the Corolla with the options I wanted in stock, answered all of my questions about new features compared to my previous Corolla, came up with a v had the Corolla with the options I wanted in stock, answered all of my questions about new features compared to my previous Corolla, came up with a very good price, had the options installed the next day and the car ready with a full tank of gas. He had completed the registration the following day, and was helpful arranging an immediate inspection. I recommend both Boch Toyota and John McDaniel highly. More

I had the most amazing experience with Mike Daoud at Boch Toyota in Norwood! Not only did I get everything I wanted in my new Toyota 4-Runner (my second one), they were very fair on the price and trade in o Toyota in Norwood! Not only did I get everything I wanted in my new Toyota 4-Runner (my second one), they were very fair on the price and trade in of my 2005 4 Runner. The best part about my experience is that they were quick and efficient and took care of EVERYTHING for me! I was called to pick up my new vehicle and sign the paperwork within 12 hours of the purchase! It was a very enjoyable and pleasant experience. Thank you to Mike and the staff at Boch Toyota! I waited over 2 hours for a simple 5,000 mile maintenance. After two hours, I discovered they had not even started the service! Complete idiots - all they way to the top! maintenance. I went to Boch Toyota to buy a new Sienna due to waiting till the last minute to find out everything we need to cart around 2 children didn’t fit in our current crossover. With a wife 9 months pregnant and till the last minute to find out everything we need to cart around 2 children didn’t fit in our current crossover. With a wife 9 months pregnant and a vehicle that clearly would not meet our needs, it was time to make a purchase. The decision was easy- we needed more space and the Sienna fit the bill. Always had great luck with Toyota, so making a purchase with limited time still felt ok. I emailed for a quote and was connected with Danielle Werman who set me up with Mike Doud who took great care of me. The deal was done within an hour or so after arriving and they definitely made the trip worthwhile. The back and forth was minimal and I got what I consider to be a good deal with more van for my money. Mike had a counterpart that entered the picture who was also pleasant to deal with, but his name escapes me. Mike was professional and courteous and was in contact with me while the behind the scenes work was ongoing. This is why I rate my experience as GREAT. My financing experience was also excellent. Martha Shindlewig (SP?) was great. Fast and no hard sell. I told her what I was interested in and what I was not. This is the third car I have bought from Boch (2 Toyota and 1 Honda). They are ready to move if you are ready to buy and I like that. I will go back again without hesitation. Thanks everyone!! MD More
