I bought a Toyota sienna from this dealer.mike Hanna was my sales person. In the beginning my husband was hesitant from the procces of buying a new car,mike asked us a few questions and he understood our ne my sales person. John McDaniel was a very helpful salesman who made our experiance great. There was no high pressure, he just told use how each car was with all the features and benefits to each car. We decided with the Camry based on the special terms being offered now. John is a great salesman! He took his time, explained everything and is a phone call away if there is any questions we have moving forward. I bought a car 3 years ago from Boch. Over time, things break, it happens. My brakes had started to wear and were starting to be an issue. I took the car in and Don took care of me right away. It felt like as soon as he had any info he was right there to let me know. Corey as well. They explained everything that needed to be done in real english. While I was waiting my original salesman from 3 years ago walked by and remembered me. HE then went and checked on the car and let me know how it was going too. I know its hard to draw a line from A to B on theses things; but these guys just made sure when I need service or start looking for a new car that I'm going to stop in Boch Toyota. They are an asset to this dealership. More

had a problem yesterday with 2011 avalon,(key would not work in ignition, called AAA, land locksmith to no avail, then went to dealership and happened on to Mr McDaniel land he went with me in another car work in ignition, called AAA, land locksmith to no avail, then went to dealership and happened on to Mr McDaniel land he went with me in another car to avalon and tried to get kiey to work, but it would not and he contacted a tow company to come and get car back to dealership and theb he walked back to dealership about 1 mile on busy highway. 1 hour later car was towed to dealership and he was instrumental having car looked at (6;00 P>M> i think john went over and above as he was not saleman who sold me vehicle. william lane 508-641-8252 More
