My husband started with Ben Potter on the phone. We had been in a car accident and we wanted to replace our 2011 Toyota Sienna that had been totaled. He really knew his product. When Ben located the car, I went into the dealership, without my husband, and right away Ben greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake. Not some dead fish, which is very common when a man shakes a woman's hand. I liked that he did not treat me differently because I was a woman finishing up the deal that my husband had started over the phone. We agreed on a price and I was ready to pick up the car the next day. There was a tiny glitch with my insurance not faxing over info quick enough and Ben was able to have someone in the RMV dept. stay a little later on a Friday to finish up the paperwork. Thanks to him I was able to pick it up. More

Throw away all those preconceived stereotypes because John McDaniel does not fit. He is a highly knowledgeable and very nice man. He is so very accommodating and I think his middle name must be Service because he provides the best. I was particularly impressed when we raised any issue how he fought for us. He was our representative. Both my wife and I would unhesitatingly recommend anyone go right to John McDaniel and I know you will thank us. So there is no misunderstanding we had never met or heard of John McDaniel until my wife first entered the dealer showroom seeking a car. More

We (my husband and I) had a wonderful experience with this dealership. I have difficulty walking so I explained to Ben our sales person what we were interested in, a Prius 2 and what we were not interest this dealership. I have difficulty walking so I explained to Ben our sales person what we were interested in, a Prius 2 and what we were not interested in which was no black, white or silver colored cars to start with. We were looking for fuel economy and a comfortable car for us to sit in with the health issues we have. He went to the lot and brought a beautiful metallic blue prius 2 for us to look at. We had a lot of questions about hybrids never having owned one before. We had all of our questions answered about the Prius Hybrid, Ben explained so many of the features and benefits of this car that when my husband and I spoke later after watching a dvd about the car we both were amazed at how much he had told us. He explained the sounds we were nervous about on our test drive, the gauges, how to read the very interesting hybrid images on the dashboard and all of the buttons which seemed a little confusing at first. It all seemed so complicated and yet Ben was enthusiastic and animated in his conversation and patiently explained to probably the most technologically challenged people he had ever met how everything worked. We did not feel rushed or unknowledgeable. Ben was truly awesome and at almost 60 years old dealing with today’s technology that was a very serious aspect of this transaction. Not once did we feel as though this was just a run of the mill sales person he made us feel that he was truly invested in our comfort, knowledge and understanding of the prius we were looking at. To say the least we would recommend him and Boch Toyota based solely on the way we treated by this very remarkably informative young man. We bought the 2011 Prius 2 Hybrid and look forward to a long relationship with Boch Toyota. Ben was extraordinary and Audie was great with the finance explanations. We have been around the block to buy more than one new car and this was truly an excellent experience.
