In addition, the available stock was tremendous - other dealers had just one of the cars in the color and specs that I wanted, while Boch had more than one. My sales person, Chris Gray, is very personable, professional and knowledgeable, and he made sure to point out the various new features and "how it works" from front to back on a 2012 Camry SE, from the mechanical to electronics, and made sure I had a chance to try everything out myself. I was impressed with his level of detail, including inspecting the car that I ultimately purchased to make sure there were no existing scratches (the first car had a couple of barely noticeable, very minor scratches, and we went and picked out a different car for my purchase). Kevin Collins deftly navigated me through the financing process and after-market options, and was similarly personable, professional and knoweldgeable. I am very happy with the whole buying process - it was smooth, easy and exactly as I'd hoped it would be, and I am confident that I got a great deal without requiring a lot of back-and-forth haggling. I would definitely recommend using Boch to family and friends, and look forward to having a long relationship with this dealership. More
