I went to Boch Toyota to lease a 2012 Rav4; I have now owned leased or purchased four Toyotas in a row, so I would not consider another brand. Leasing a vehicle at Boch Toyota in Norwood Ma was a very positive experience. I leased a 2012 Toyota Camry SE. I was easily guided through the sales process from beginning to end. The GM Tim provided oversight during the lease proceess and introduced me to a very helpful and friendly Sales Representative(Rick). He was very knowledgeable of the Toyota Camry various models and features offered. We went on a test drive in an LE. When picking up the vehicle it was in superb condition and he reviewed the options that came with the vehicle I had selected. I also met with Sales Director Jonathan and he followed up with Rick to make all all aspects of the leasing process were complete. It was nice to have his involvement. In closing, I thank Tim, Jonathan and Rick for all their help in getting me into a new car I am pleased with. I would certainly return to the Boch dealership when I am ready for another vehicle. I bought my first Camry LE a few weeks ago. To tell you the truth, I didn't know that driving one would feel this great, especially considering that I am not used to driving a small car. I do not believe that this would have been possible had not been for David Demosthene, the salesman that persuaded me to purchase the Camry. Not only was David helpful, attending to my every need (I was trading in two cars) and answering all of my questions well, he was also nice about it. Let me tell you, I have owned a few cars and not all of the salesmen were as nice and sincere as David was. It took me by surprise actually, and it is for that reason that I decided to write this recommendation. What I remember most of the experience was how he informed me of all that I needed to know, while simultaneously giving me my breathing space. The last time I was at Boch in 2008, I remember feeling overwhelmed because some of the sales people were always on my back, barely giving me time to think about what I wanted. David was different. That was one of the few qualities about him that impressed me. I do not know if this recommendation will do much; however, I hope you do realize what a special sales person you have on your hands. My wife and I went into the dealership last Sunday to test drive a Rav4 and a Corolla. We began the negotiation process ,which included a trade.This is the part which is usually stressful. Joe and Tom Souida the sales manager made us feel at ease throughout this process. I believe we got a fair deal. I always felt they wanted to make this happen. We bought the two cars with nobody pushing extras. Joe's follow up was fantastic .He cleaned the old plates and arranged for pick up . This was a great car buying experience. I don't normally write reviews . I recommend buying a car from these guys. She made such a positive impression on me that I decided to visit Boch Toyota in Norwood for a test drive. And it did not end there. I met Mark Hickey. He was the best sales consultant you could ask for. Friendly, very knowledgable, not pushy at all. He knew of every little feature the Corolla S has to offer. I got a great deal on my new car and my trade-in and thought I am on my way home. Not just yet, Chris came in to set up the Bluetooth system and my phone for me.
