I couldn't have hasked for a better experience when purchasing my new Camry. John McDaniel was extremely knowledgeable about my new Camry. He is also one of the most caring and respectful saleman I have ever met. He is surely an asset to Boch Toyota. Mike Hall was very helpful on the telephone regarding my 2010 RAV4 and a 2012 Camry. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything before we hung up. He also said he would print out all of the information I asked for to make sure one of the salesmen would have it the next day (which was my scheduled maintenance appointment). He was true to his word. I have been to other Toyota dealerships and rate Boch Toyota #1 in my book. The Dealership is neat and clean, my sales team is AWESOME, the food counter has delicious sandwiches, and most of all, Bochs' pricing can't be beat. More

I went to Boch dealership on Thursday September 20-2012 to buy my car. I was impressed with the place, as soon as I walk into it a young lady approached me greeting me, I explained to her I would like to b to buy my car. I was impressed with the place, as soon as I walk into it a young lady approached me greeting me, I explained to her I would like to buy a car, she called someone and immediately a sales person came, his name was Krisna, he understood very well about everything and was super helpful, I felt I had the best treatment I had had in my entire life. Everything went so smoothly perfect. The sales manager Tom was very happy. My mom bought so many cars with Boch Toyota and she was right when she called me and said don't waste your time going to other dealerships they are never going to be like Boch. We liked a used Sienna at Boch Toyota, which we wanted to tradeoff for our Honda Pilot. We were not picky as we knew what we wanted & decided to purchase it. That's when the rigamarole started ! We were told tradeoff for our Honda Pilot. We were not picky as we knew what we wanted & decided to purchase it. That's when the rigamarole started ! We were told, they need to get the title of the sienna , which should take a week's time . We said Ok, after a week, we started calling them up to check the status.We had to leave couple of voice messages to the sales agent, finance manager & the manager of the agent. No one bothered to return our call. I then found a customer relation manager name from the reviews & contacted her. She did help to get the agent return our calls. Ok, after 15 days, we were told the title is here & to come & sign the papers. We reach there with our 2 kids, had to wait for 1 1/2 hrs, then we are told, they worked on our finances & increased our monthly payment not by 10 or 20 dollars, but 85 dollars !!! If there were issues, why did they not tell us before hand ?? Why wait for 2 weeks to tell us ? We have been to many many dealers in the past & Boch Toyota provided the worst customer service ever !! Stay away from them ! After this worst experience we went to Toyota of Acton, not just they gave us $2000 more for our tradeoff, but we got a good deal on the sienna & drove home in our sienna within 2 days !!! More

I would first like to say that my salesman John McDaniel was exceptional. He was very devoted to me as his customer and showed great interest in what I wanted in a car.
