After a week of driving it, I started hearing metallic rattle from the steering area. I took it to a local Toyota dealer (I live in NY, so there is no way I would drive to MA for service), I was told that THE ENTIRE steering rack and shaft have to be replaced. They initially did not even want to cover it under warranty and had to call Toyota's main office to get approval, which they finally did. Long story short Boch Toyota's certified pre owned cars are not what they are supposed to be. The overall cost of the repair had I had to pay out of pocket would've been north of $2K. Typical business by cheating customers. When you were trying to book a service, they would tell you free ride is available if you needed one. When you brought this up, they would find all reasons to tell trying to book a service, they would tell you free ride is available if you needed one. So forget about it, just another dirty trick like to persuade you to purchase a part that is not necessary. More
Im not the guy who writes letters, takes surveys at all, ever. After I had time to think about my purchase from Boch Toyota, I had to take a minute to thank the hard working people that sold me my 3rd New T ever. But the people i delt with at Boch made it quick and easy and treated me very well in the process. The Salesman Steven Clifford and his manager, Johnathan Mcgilvray were easy to deal with, And as accomidating as they tried to be in trying to earn my business right then and there, I told them i was going to get prices from other dealers, as i had in the past. As they should, they double checked that they had done everything they could for me and I left with what i thought was a pretty good price on a very sweet truck. I went to dealers in Worcester, Framingham, Milford, and Dudley, and they all had the same opinion, that BOCH tricked me, some said they lied to me, others said that I lied but they wouldnt do the deal and left me paranoid that the deal i passed on wasnt going to be available to me when I went back to buy. I called Jim, he remembered who i was, I like that, and said he would be happy to have the truck ready for me to take home when I returned. When I got to the showroom, the truck i wanted to buy was out front, all clean, looking so very sweet. Nice touch gentlemen, very nice. The numbers were on a sale agreement, as we discussed ready for me to sign. I asked for another discount, just to make sure it was a good deal and Johnathan was very nice about saying no, not just no, he explained to me how he got to the price we had, and how he really did give me a great deal. I agreed, and took the pen and signed the agreement. I belong to a credit union that has pretty good rates, so I had a good idea what i would get for a payment, until i sat with Erico Varela in finance. He got me a payment and upgraded my coverage that was alot less than i expected, he did a great job with everything and made it easy to understand the paperwork. From the beginning, he was very attentive to our long list of requirements in our new vehicle and did not pressure us to buy right away like previous saleman(s) we've dealt with at other dealerships. He made sure we made the right choice, checked off all our must-haves, and went over all the options in detail before we left. I took my car in for its 20,000 mile service checkup. I was greeted and warmly welcomed by Chuck Fassel, who checked me in. I had two special requests....one to vacuum my trunk, and the second to silence was greeted and warmly welcomed by Chuck Fassel, who checked me in. I had two special requests....one to vacuum my trunk, and the second to silence the "siren" on my car alarm which had been way too sensitive from day one. The routine work on my car was handled promptly within the estimated time, and my two requests were handled by Chuck himself. Thank you, Chuck. My last several cars have been purchased with the help of Sales Consultant, John McDaniel. I enjoy working with John. He is not pushy! He is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was not buying a car today, but John spent some time with me while I awaited my service work to be completed. I was not surprised to learn that John has reached the SILVER Sales Society level in sales. He deserves this honor - for his hard work, and great service to his customers. More

We researched three cars, the Camry and two other similiar cars. We test drove the other two cars prior to visiting Boch Toyota. When we spoke to the Boch Toyota salesman, John MacNeil, about price similiar cars. We test drove the other two cars prior to visiting Boch Toyota. When we spoke to the Boch Toyota salesman, John MacNeil, about price he came back to us quickly with a very fair price...a price similiar to what was given to us at the other dealerships, but only after a long time spent negotiating with the salesman and going back and forth to his manager two to three times. They all worked with me to ensure that all of my needs were met in a timely,efficient and professional manner and that I could have the vehichle I selected at the best possible price.
