My experience at Boch Toyota was excellent. Being a recent college graduate on a very tight budget, I was looking for an affordable and reliable new car and easily found it at Boch Toyota. The salesman, John Mcdaniel, did everything he possibly could to get me the very best deal and eventually got me a brand new 2013 Toyota Corolla LE for an amazingly low price, thanks to the approval from his manager Jamon Caswell. The business manager who helped me with all of the finance paperwork, Adam Arms, was very professional and took the time to accurately explain everything I was signing. From the moment I walked in to the moment I signed my name for the last time, I felt very comfortable and informed about my purchase. I would most definitely return to this dealership if I was to buy another car and highly suggest going here if you are on a tight budget and want to find an affordable and reliable car. More

I was very reluctant to buy from a dealer since I worried that I would be talked into buying a car that I could not afford. I walked into Boch bristly and ready to shoot down up selling tactics. I was pleasantly surprised when I was paired with David. It took me some moments to let down my armor. Within minutes I was calm and open to David and his selling style. David was incredibly knowlegable and genuinely friendly. He made it a priority to help me meet me goal of a certain price range. After all of the financial negations were over with the finance team David came back and showed me all of the features in my car, gave me a tour of the service facility at Boch and reviewed my warranty and road side assistance policy. I left feeling supported and cared for which is a huge compliment to David and his customer service skills. He made a point to call me the next day to check on how I was enjoying my new vehicle. I feel like I can call him anytime with questions. David is a very personable man, you would be lucky to be able to work with him on buying or leasing your next car. More

Even other sales people just going bye and saying hello! Alberto could not have been more helpful explaining the Rav 4's details and perfections. The test drive was a nice experience with the car and the friendliness of Alberto. Makes your experience so much more comfortable. I had a few questions and concerns that without a problem were answered and attended too. It was a sale! Congratulations Alberto and Boch. First time at Boch, won't be the last. After a week of driving it, I started hearing metallic rattle from the steering area. I took it to a local Toyota dealer (I live in NY, so there is no way I would drive to MA for service), I was told that THE ENTIRE steering rack and shaft have to be replaced. They initially did not even want to cover it under warranty and had to call Toyota's main office to get approval, which they finally did. Long story short Boch Toyota's certified pre owned cars are not what they are supposed to be. The overall cost of the repair had I had to pay out of pocket would've been north of $2K. Hope this helps everyone. More

When you brought this up, they would find all reasons to tell trying to book a service, they would tell you free ride is available if you needed one. So forget about it, just another dirty trick like to persuade you to purchase a part that is not necessary. More

Im not the guy who writes letters, takes surveys at all, ever. After I had time to think about my purchase from Boch Toyota, I had to take a minute to thank the hard working people that sold me my 3rd New T ever. But the people i delt with at Boch made it quick and easy and treated me very well in the process. The Salesman Steven Clifford and his manager, Johnathan Mcgilvray were easy to deal with, And as accomidating as they tried to be in trying to earn my business right then and there, I told them i was going to get prices from other dealers, as i had in the past. As they should, they double checked that they had done everything they could for me and I left with what i thought was a pretty good price on a very sweet truck. I went to dealers in Worcester, Framingham, Milford, and Dudley, and they all had the same opinion, that BOCH tricked me, some said they lied to me, others said that I lied but they wouldnt do the deal and left me paranoid that the deal i passed on wasnt going to be available to me when I went back to buy. I called Jim, he remembered who i was, I like that, and said he would be happy to have the truck ready for me to take home when I returned. When I got to the showroom, the truck i wanted to buy was out front, all clean, looking so very sweet. Nice touch gentlemen, very nice. The numbers were on a sale agreement, as we discussed ready for me to sign. I asked for another discount, just to make sure it was a good deal and Johnathan was very nice about saying no, not just no, he explained to me how he got to the price we had, and how he really did give me a great deal. I agreed, and took the pen and signed the agreement. I belong to a credit union that has pretty good rates, so I had a good idea what i would get for a payment, until i sat with Erico Varela in finance. He got me a payment and upgraded my coverage that was alot less than i expected, he did a great job with everything and made it easy to understand the paperwork.
