I just purchased a new 2013 RAV4 from Boch Toyota. My sales consultant, John McDaniel, was a delight to work with. John was great - very knowledgeable about the car, friendly and low key. He definitely was not one of those "high pressure" sales guys, which was such a nice change. I originally came in about a week or so ago and at that time I let him know I wanted to test drive the car but was definitely not ready to buy that day. John respected that and didn't try to push me into making a decision anyways, but he still spent gave me his full attention and time, which I really appreciated. He did call to follow-up, but not in a pushy way and also not on a daily basis like another salesman I was dealing with. I was really on the fence between two cars - the RAV4 and a Subaru Forester (at another dealership). My experience with John really did make a difference in me ultimately choosing to buy from Boch Toyota. John was great throughout the entire buying experiencing - from when I first walked in asking questions to waving goodbye as I drove off in my new car. If your headed to Boch Toyota, I'd definitely recommend asking for John McDaniel. More
While researching my new car purchase I first got a quote from Costco Auto Program. I then went to www.buyatoyota.com and checked the value of the trade. It matched 100% but then asked me to submit a query from Costco Auto Program. I then went to www.buyatoyota.com and checked the value of the trade. It matched 100% but then asked me to submit a query to a dealer and I chose Boch Toyota. I was surprised to get an internet quote back minutes later for almost $3,000 off MSRP. Costco price was about $1,800 off MSRP. Without any haggle I purchased my new Toyota. That is where Mark Hickey stepped in, he helped me purchase my last Toyota a 2005 Camry. He took me into the lot and suggested another model and color (Camry SE in Black). I was skeptical but he assured me only the difference in price would be applied and he was correct. He helped me without any pressure and got me a car I am very pleased with. Both sales people were classy and knowledgeable. More

It was such a pleasure to purchase a new vehicle from Kathleen Barkley. She is very friendly, respects your time and spends a lot of time explaning the vehicles features and benefits. We needed a truck and had very specific needs. The sales associate, John Dwyer, was exceptional and helped us find the exact model to fit what we were looking for; price and features. The sales manager, Jonathan McGilvray was extremely helpful in pushing everything through for us, even with less than perfect credit, in a very short time period. We were in constant contact with our salesman as well as the sales manager. I was amazed when I got a call from the sales manager, Jonathan, with updates on when our new truck would arrive and step by step explanations of how the financing worked with lease VS purchase. The finance team we worked with, Jimmy and Kevin went to bat for us with the different banks to get us approved as fast as possible at the best rate possible. This experience overall was AMAZING!!! I would definitely recommend making your next car buying experience a Boch Toyota experience!!! More
After receiving a new leased 2012 prius, I drove off the lot with intense shaking as soon as I hit the highway. I brought the car in for service because of this problem. I was notified that my vehicle had t lot with intense shaking as soon as I hit the highway. I brought the car in for service because of this problem. I was notified that my vehicle had two bad tires that needed to be replaced. I was assured by Steve that this can happen when “a car has been sitting on the lot for a few months”. After three hours of waiting, the problem was “fixed”. I felt uneasy knowing that two bad tires were not discovered when the car was initially detailed and prepped for me. Come to find out, there were actually 3 bad tires, rather than two as my sales team told me. I notified my sales team that I was not happy with my purchase. I expected the same if not improved ride with my new 2012 Prius. He told me it was the exact car and should drive the same. Rob also said it will take 1,000 miles to break in a new car so I needed to give it time. I never had to let my 2010 Prius “break in”. When I refused to sign the final paper releasing my old lease, Steve told me I could leave with my old car but “I would be leaving here owning two cars.” Sales clearly knew I was dissatisfied but did absolutely nothing to try and make things right. I have returned to the service department for alignment issues and tire concerns. After having the car two days since my last service appointment- the alignment is off again. Do yourself a favor and do not buy your Toyota from Boch, even if the price is right, having to work with the sales team is not worth the savings. More

Everyone went out of there way to accommodate me on the price and financing of a new car. The salesman, John Mcdaniel, did everything he possibly could to get me the very best deal and eventually got me a brand new 2013 Toyota Corolla LE for an amazingly low price, thanks to the approval from his manager Jamon Caswell. The business manager who helped me with all of the finance paperwork, Adam Arms, was very professional and took the time to accurately explain everything I was signing. From the moment I walked in to the moment I signed my name for the last time, I felt very comfortable and informed about my purchase. I would most definitely return to this dealership if I was to buy another car and highly suggest going here if you are on a tight budget and want to find an affordable and reliable car. More
