When I went into Boch Toyota, I really had no idea what kind of car I wanted. I got up one day and said I'm going to change my car. I had done no research or anything. I knew I wanted something similar to what I already had, Nissan Rogue, but that was about it. I walked into Boch Toyota and Peter greeted me. He sat me down and starting asking me questions that made me feel as if he really wanted to understand my situation. He wanted to understand my driving history in terms of how often I drive outside of MA, inside, take my kids to their activities, etc. We talked in general about the overall thing that brought me to my decision of walking in there. Once he felt he totally understood, he did not waste my time in showing me things that were either outside of my range or would give me the feel, confidence I was looking for. My brother showed up a little bit afterwards, to ask all the tough questions. We walked out of there that night with the possibility of purchasing a 2012 Rav 4. That was the offer on the table. On Saturday morning, Peter called me to see what I had thought of the whole process. Saturday was a bit of a crazy day for me and I was not able to get back to him until much later that day. Peter called me several times to check in on me, which I actually appreciated. But one message he left me caught my attention. He said that he understood why I would be a bit hesitant but he had an offer that was even better and that he believed was the perfect one for me. We spoke and he told me that he could offer me a 2013 Rav4 and less monthly payments. This was great for me to hear. This showed me that he was listening to me. He understood the importance I put on having a great car but more important on ensuring that the monthly payments were reasonable. I was trading my nissan and I was still carrying a lot of debt. I felt very comfortable when talking to Peter. I felt like he really cared about me and my family. When I finally went into Boch Toyota, they had a car ready for me, paperwork ready and I was very pleased. I am very happy with my car. I've now had it for a couple of weeks and I am absolutely loving it. I want to say Thank you to Peter and to JC for their help and cooperation in this major decision. Thanks Enna Jimenez More
David was exceptionally thorough. He was pleasant and a joy with whom to work. I had a very positive auto leasing experience earlier this month at Boch Toyota in Norwood, MA. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I was coming to the end of a 3 year lease on a Honda Civic and wanted to lease a new Toyota. The people at Boch Toyota made the whole process of turning in an old lease and signing a new one very easy. They have a huge inventory of all the latest models, so I did not have to wait for them to order it from somewhere else. More importantly, I was very pleased with the price of the new 2013 Toyota Camry lease. The sales person David D. was very patient and courteous with me and my questions. He was also very knowledgeable about all of the features and specs on the cars I looked at. I did not feel pressured to strike a deal, nor was there any ridiculous back and forth haggling over the costs of the lease. I got the sense that he genuinely cared about making sure I got the car I wanted at the best possible price. The general manager Tim McGilvray also interacted with me on several occasions during the process to ensure my satisfaction. From greeting me when I arrived at the dealership, to making sure I was provided test drives on the cars I liked, to facilitating the financing for the new lease--he obviously has his hand on the pulse and operation of the dealership to ensure customers are satisfied. I plan to continue to go to Boch Toyota for my future car needs and have recommended them to my family, friends, neighbors and coworkers!! More
To upgrade from Camry to Avalon was my desire. After being a current and satisfied Boch customer, I decided to test the waters through 2 other local dealerships knowing from my first Boch experience with sales and service in 2006, I would most likle decided to test the waters through 2 other local dealerships knowing from my first Boch experience with sales and service in 2006, I would most likley return to purchase my new 2012 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid. I was extremely impressed with John McDaniel with his prompt follow up from my first opening conversation with Hiro on the phone up to and including five seperate exclusive visits until we closed the sale on 4-24-13. His exceptional customer service, professionalism and product knowledge of all components of the Hybrid was invaluable. His trust and building a sales and customer relationship approach is a unique quality in the atuo industry. John over delivered my expectations with a soft and less aggressive approach than the other 2 dealerships. I felt very comfortable not being a number on a monthy quota target. He also introduced me to Jason Caswell an experienced Manager, who offered me some other options with a demo car to meet my purchase and financing options. After finally signing the deal with John, he introduced me to Adam Arms one of the Finance Managers where together he discussed a fair and reasonable financing agreement including the feeling of safety and security with some extended warranties. I will strongly reccommend John and the entire Boch support team to friends and family. My wife and I will be in the market shortly to lease another vehicle and together with John, JC and Adam we will return and remain a long term customer to Boch Toyota of Norwood.
