We went in looking for a used Toyota Camry at Boch Toyota. David showed us some that were on the lot but after looking at our budget he suggested the Corolla. I remember looking at the Corolla's online, but I never really gave them much thought. They had a nice selection of used Corolla's but none seemed to be to our liking. Looking around the used lot a little more he took us to a 2008 Saturn Vue. It was in great condition and had a decent amount of miles on it. I was a little nervous because I knew GM didn't make any more models of that car since 2009. But after a test drive I loved it. David was a kind and patient dealer and got us the best deal possible for our new vehicle. This car is a car to share between the family but when I'm ready for one of my own I will be going to Boch and requesting David. More
I was looking for a New or Certified Rav 4. First visit everyone was too busy to help and I was directed to a parking lot up the hill to look around. Really? Okay, Busy dealership, must be something to that, Looked on website and found a 2011, that looked promising , but one of the pictures looked like it had a dent in the rear bumper, called the internet sales guy. ( Yes, should have been a warning) He was surprised to see that picture on their website as the damage had been repaired and apparently had happened at the dealership in the staging area, someone backed into a pole, Made an appointment to see vehicle. Seemed like a nice car. Long story short, took the for a car for a test drive to my mechanic brother in law, turns out , the car had been in a major accident, both passenger doors, front and rear bumper replaced and NOT on the Carfax report. This was a Boch certified pre-owned vehicle ! Beware ! More
If I could give 0 stars, I would to this dealer. We went in person once and saw a car we liked and negotiated on the price. They said they were not sure if the car we liked was still available as it was on in person once and saw a car we liked and negotiated on the price. They said they would check the availability of the car and also let us know if they can sell it to us at the price we were requesting. They called us back a couple of days later and agreed to the price and also said the car was available. We confirmed three times with them if the car was really available and they were 100% sure as we did not want to drive all the way to Norwood from Nashua if it wasn't the case because we did not want to relocate a car and pay extra. The lady put us on hold and confirmed with the salesperson who said the car is available at the price we agreed upon. We drove all the way there and it was a Sat. so it was a zoo in there. Everything was so dysfunctional. The front-desk manager was giving a bad attitude to the salespeople right in front of all the customers. The sales guy we were working with told us to go look at the lot for different colors. We were confused and said we already know what we want. He kept telling us to go take a look and that he's with another customer and needs 10 min. We went and came back then waited for over an hour because we couldn't find him initally. We asked the receptionist to page him and when he came back he said he is still with another customer and he's just trying to find a business manager that can handle them. After an hour of trying to locate a business manager, he finally came back after being told numerous times by the sales manager that he needed to assist us. When he came back he said the car is not available. I told him we clearly had asked and they confirmed it was over the phone which is why we came all the way here. He said I know but we texted the owner's sister to confirm and she said she does want it so I already located a car for you and it'll be here by next Friday. We said fine. Then as we start the paperwork, he brings over a sales manager that now said we cannot sell it to you at this price because it's going to cost us to bring the car. We said it's your mistake for not knowing the status of the car that's in your lot and telling us it's available when it really wasn't just to get us to come here. He wasn't willing to listen or agree...so at that point we decided to get out of there. It was one lie after another. As we were walking out I said this is really unacceptable and we will not be coming back here and give the place a bad review to which he responded with a mere "OK". So, I guess they don't care about customer service and will go to any extent and lie to get people in the door. Horrible place! We ended up buying a car from Herb Chamber in Boston and payed more than what we would have, but we're glad with the decision and outcome. Working with Boston Herb Chambers Toyota was seamless and they have great service. More

I have been leasing with Toyota for years and always go back to David. He is honest, beyond loyal, kind, and extremely knowledgeable! We have bought several cars from this dealership over the past few years and have been happy with them all the time. This time was exceptional because of the salesman we had working with us. His name is Dave past few years and have been happy with them all the time. This time was exceptional because of the salesman we had working with us. His name is Dave and he is originally from Haiti and here now over 8 yrs. Speaks wonderful english and has a very professional way about him. He does not jump at you with the high sales pitch that usually comes when you enter the door of a Dealership. Dave was very in tune with our needs. He asked us what we were looking for and what we were hopping to pay. He made sure we kept within our budget and he never made a promise to do something and not do it. He worked very hard for two hours with us so we could buy/ lease a car that we wanted. The transaction went very smoothly. Dave always picked up the phone or called us right back within the hour. He went beyond being just our salesman, he made us feel like he was a friend and was looking out for our best interest. I love our new Rav4 and glad we decided to get it. The people were mostly nice and polite. However, from there the experience of leasing a new car has been all downhill. I was in the dealership for 4 ½ hours. Negotiating the monthly payment was a game and a horse and pony show and when I finally met with financing it was annoying to be pinged with additional insurance sales. The salesperson told me he would call me around noon to schedule pick up for around 5:00ish. I never received a cal. I called and left a voicemail around 3:45 p.m. I did not receive a return call, so I tried back around 4:45. I was told to come in at 6:00. About 10 minutes later I received a return call and that the car was not actually registered. At that time I expressed my overall disappointment in this process and on top of it the car not being ready as communicated. I was told I must have misunderstood. When I told the sales manager about the disappointing experience, I was told Boch is the largest dealership, has many customer and they can’t please everyone. The whole thing is a racket and I would not recommend Boch to anyone. More
