I have been to Boch Toyota in the past when buying a car however, I was unable to finalize a deal. This time we were able to work out a deal with Sales person Kim Ramsey. We negotiated a great deal on a new Rav4 and a fair price on my Honda trade in. There was a lot of back and forth but Kim remained focused and attentive until we closed the deal on March 14th! More

I saw a nice Toyota Camry XLE online at Boch Toyota. I Called Boch Toyota to verify the price and if in stock. Made the appointment and called the day I was going. They said it was in stock. Even though the sales person insisted he was showing me the car. It was suppose to be a certified 2010 Camry XLE with with moon roof, keyless etc. It was just a Camry (not XLE), No Moon Roof , etc. AND THE SALESMAN INSISTED THIS WAS THE OFFERED CAR _ WHICH THEY WANTED THE SAME MONEY...... This was an excellent experience. Though I live in CT now, I traveled back to Boch Toyota hoping for a great price but also receive an excellent sales experience. From the time that I walked through the now, I traveled back to Boch Toyota hoping for a great price but also receive an excellent sales experience. From the time that I walked through the door, I was treated with respect and given the best treatment. And to go above and beyond, my salesman (David Demosthene) was kind enough to drive to CT to register my car in order to expedite my delivery process. By far, Boch Toyota has the best deals and the most professional sales people. Thanks!! More

Visited the dealership looking for a new car and not quite sure exactly what I wanted to purchase. David Demosthese was my sales person and was patient and helpful with me while I test drove various car quite sure exactly what I wanted to purchase. David Demosthese was my sales person and was patient and helpful with me while I test drove various cars and trucks. I ended up choosing a Tacoma Pickup. After going back and forth on colors and trim levels David actually came into work on his day off just to show me other colors that were not looked at initially. The biggest plus of the entire car buying experience was that I told I David that I was not prepared to make a decision on my first visit. Him and the Sales Manager both honored my request with no uncomfortable sales pressure. I felt I got a fair deal on the truck I purchased and the process was easy, I never felt pressured in any way and actually enjoyed the experience. David did a great job showing and explaining the different car and trucks and would definitely seek him out on my next purchase. I give the dealership and the sales person a big thumbs up. More

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership. The customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful. The sales manager was very rude and condescending. I made a deposit for $1000 and I was very close to buying the car, but because of the way he treated me I did not go back. I contacted the general manager Tim and left him a few messages to give me my deposit back, but he hasn't returned my calls nor refunded my money. I do not recommend this dealership at all and I don't even think they deserve a 1. More

Boch Toyota offers terrific service consistently, across all departments. I am on my second lease and I have been extremely satisfied with the pricing, sales process, and service. This was the worst experience I've had with any dealership. I initially saw an Avalon I wanted to purchase online. Made an appointment to see the vehicle was called several times to see if I was co dealership. I initially saw an Avalon I wanted to purchase online. When I get there they sold the vehicle on me needless to say I was very irate at this point. I don't understand how this can be seen as customer service knowing that I drove an hour and a half in order to see this vehicle. They have there head so far up their backside that on my ride home I get another call from the dealership asking if i'm coming to look at the vehicle. I kindly let him know that you cannot sell a vehicle that you have already sold. In the end I got a free cup of cofee and a sorry completely unacceptable. More

We went to Boch Toyota because of the reputation. Without a doubt I'm glad we did. Everyone was so courteous right from the start.
