After going back and forth on colors and trim levels David actually came into work on his day off just to show me other colors that were not looked at initially. The biggest plus of the entire car buying experience was that I told I David that I was not prepared to make a decision on my first visit. Him and the Sales Manager both honored my request with no uncomfortable sales pressure. I felt I got a fair deal on the truck I purchased and the process was easy, I never felt pressured in any way and actually enjoyed the experience. David did a great job showing and explaining the different car and trucks and would definitely seek him out on my next purchase. I give the dealership and the sales person a big thumbs up. More
This was the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership. The customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful. The sales manager was very rude and condescending. I made a deposit for $1000 and I was very close to buying the car, but because of the way he treated me I did not go back. I contacted the general manager Tim and left him a few messages to give me my deposit back, but he hasn't returned my calls nor refunded my money. I do not recommend this dealership at all and I don't even think they deserve a 1. More
Boch Toyota offers terrific service consistently, across all departments. I am on my second lease and I have been extremely satisfied with the pricing, sales process, and service. You could eat off the floor of the service bay where you check in your car. wifi is strong and the waiting area has comfortable seating and is always playing a movie. When any problem arises, their team is responsive and sensitive to my time and needs. More

This was the worst experience I've had with any dealership. I initially saw an Avalon I wanted to purchase online. Made an appointment to see the vehicle was called several times to see if I was co dealership. I initially saw an Avalon I wanted to purchase online. When I get there they sold the vehicle on me needless to say I was very irate at this point. I don't understand how this can be seen as customer service knowing that I drove an hour and a half in order to see this vehicle. They have there head so far up their backside that on my ride home I get another call from the dealership asking if i'm coming to look at the vehicle. I kindly let him know that you cannot sell a vehicle that you have already sold. In the end I got a free cup of cofee and a sorry completely unacceptable. More

We went to Boch Toyota because of the reputation. Without a doubt I'm glad we did. Everyone was so courteous right from the start. I am a 23 year old college graduate. Came into the dealership after a referral from TrueCar. In about 20 minutes was set u with a very friendly salesman Rick Malabre. He let me test drive the car I wa dealership after a referral from TrueCar. In about 20 minutes was set u with a very friendly salesman Rick Malabre. He let me test drive the car I wanted and went on to set up a deal for me. When he showed me the deal I argued that it was not as good compared to competition and Rick agreed to work with me on a better deal. That's when Sales Manager Jonathan McGilvray came over and ruined the whole experience. He acted very rude and tried to push me into making a deposit even though I warned Rick that I would have to consult with my father prior to any deals. When I said that my father was out of town he started questioning me and argued that my father was in fact in town and made purchases based on credit report. How appropriate is this? When I refused to leave a deposit and asked for a deal summary to show my father when he comes back in a week, Jonathan just ignored my request and sent me on my way assuming that I was not competent enough. I wouldn't recommend any younger people to deal with this dealership and especially avoid Jonathan McGilvray due to his excessive pressuring and disrespectful attitude. More
