Great Experience at Boch Toyota We recently acquired a new Toyota Camry at Boch Toyota and had a great experience. Our salesperson was Steve Chung, and he was wonderful to work with. We recently acquired a new Toyota Camry at Boch Toyota and had a great experience. Our salesperson was Steve Chung, and he was wonderful to work with. Very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Definitely the most pleasant car salesperson we have encountered after going to >10 dealerships. He was not pushy, and really allowed us the time and privacy to think over our decisions while being available for questions. Boch Toyota accepted what we thought was fair asking price of the car right away, so we were glad to give Steve our business rather than continuing our search. He has continued to be helpful with prompt replies even after we had already acquired the car. More

Very Unhappy Back in 2006 i purchased my second car from ernie boch toyota 3 day after they should have had it registered that did not even know i had the car, and Back in 2006 i purchased my second car from ernie boch toyota 3 day after they should have had it registered that did not even know i had the car, and gave me an attitude telling me that i could have my old car back when i asked if my wife had been driving unregistered for the three day's. last year i inquired about a used tacoma they would not sell for less that 28,000.00 three weeks later they sold said truck to someone else for 25,000.00 makes you feel very special there. i do not beleive i will ever recommend this dealor ship to any else ever again. More

I was nervous about buying a car. I have heard about pushy car sales people and I tend to crumble around people like that, hence my hesitation. I have been to Boch Toyota in the past when buying a car however, I was unable to finalize a deal. This time we were able to work out a deal with Sales person Kim Ramsey. I saw a nice Toyota Camry XLE online at Boch Toyota. I Called Boch Toyota to verify the price and if in stock. Made the appointment and called the day I was going. They said it was in stock. Even though the sales person insisted he was showing me the car. It was suppose to be a certified 2010 Camry XLE with with moon roof, keyless etc. It was just a Camry (not XLE), No Moon Roof , etc. AND THE SALESMAN INSISTED THIS WAS THE OFFERED CAR _ WHICH THEY WANTED THE SAME MONEY...... I should have looked here first to see other reviewers with this same """""BAIT & SWITCH''' OFFER. A long trip and morning wasted More

This was an excellent experience. Though I live in CT now, I traveled back to Boch Toyota hoping for a great price but also receive an excellent sales experience. From the time that I walked through the now, I traveled back to Boch Toyota hoping for a great price but also receive an excellent sales experience. From the time that I walked through the door, I was treated with respect and given the best treatment. And to go above and beyond, my salesman (David Demosthene) was kind enough to drive to CT to register my car in order to expedite my delivery process.
