Improved my feelings about car buying! We did a lot of research and applied via Consumer Reports and got price quotes from various area Toyota dealers. We exchanged some emails with Danielle at Boch and received a firm, competitive price quote that they stuck with. They said they had the Prius V II we wanted in the color we requested and they did. Others either did not have what we wanted, could not meet the price or were just trying to bait us to get us into their showroom when they did not have the car we wanted - we went and found this out at McGee. When we arrived at Boch Tony Ngari was waiting for us and took superb care of us. He patiently answered our questions and went out of his way to show us other Prius V IIs. He calmly led us through the financing process and took us on 2 tours of our new car with understandable and clear explanations on the differences from our prior old Prius. What a pleasant and charming gem! My whole experience changed my feelings about car buying. More

2014 Rav 4 Great Experience Drove about 100 miles from Glastonbury CT to Boch Toyota because it was well worth the price. Kat Barkley was the sales consultant. She was very professional and well versed in all aspects of the Rav 4. On delivery day she drove the car to a CT DMV and met me there at the pre arranged time. There was a ton of paper work and she made sure every t was crossed and I was dotted. She even had a socket wrench to put the new plates on my car! I told her I was impressed and she gave me a smile and said " Mike, I've done this before, not to worry" . Then she sat in the Rav 4 with me and went over every control and set up my cell phone with the Bluetooth, preset some radio stations and demonstrated the back up camera. I have since gotten several follow up calls from Kat to make sure I was happy and if there were any questions. This is one reason Boch sells so many cars. The gentleman that did the initial paper work at Boch was also very good at his job. With a trade in there was a ton of paper work and he didn't miss a beat even though it was past closing time on a Saturday night. This is the third car I have bought at a Boch dealership outside of my home state CT. Weekends are very busy here so go midweek if you can. Also, it helps to make an appointment too. More

Excellent Experience My husband and I contacted Boch Toyota through the COSTCO car buying program. We had already done our research, picked a used car, and test drove it. We told them what we were looking for and they quoted us a price on the only car that met our criteria. Because it was through COSTCO we got a set price for a one year old car with only 7000 miles. There were no negotiations so the process was painless. We were very willing to drive the 1 3/4 hours to the dealership the next day for that price. The sales consultant couldn't have been more professional. The whole process took about 2 hours but we had all the tea, coffee, and hot chocolate we wanted. We also had a very pleasant conversation with the sales consultant while we were waiting for the person to help us with the paperwork. I definitely would recommend this dealership. More

Purchase and Lease I purchased a 2011 Sequoia from Majed Abdella in January 2012. Majed was extremely patient and very knowledgeable of all the options. I returned for my service at the Dearlership and was always treated with respect and curtesy and Majed would always come by while I was waiting to make sure everything was going good and to see if there was anything he could do. He is a real gentleman. I recently returned to the Dealership for general service on the Sequoia. While at the Dealership, I decided to inquire on the new Highlander, as the price of gasoline is skyrocketing and the Sequoia gets "thirsty" on a regular basis. (I have owned 2 Highlanders prior to the Sequoia) Majed was again extremely helpful, NOT PUSHY and listened to my questions of what it would be to move into a Highlander from the Sequoia. Majed gave me all my options and I ended up leasing a new 2014 Highlander. It was such a good deal and the leasing of vehicles was explained to us so well, that my husband turned in his 2010 Tundra and leased a 2014 Tacoma! We are extremely happy with our new vehicles and we will return to have service and at the end of the leases, we plan to again do business with Majed Abdella. If you are looking for a salesman that is not pushy, knowledgeable of the products, compasionate of your finances and considerate, then you should make your next vehicle purchase/lease with Majed Abdella at Boch Toyota in Norwood. And the reason for that was the fact that our sales guy went above and beyond his call of duty to make us happy. I had his cell phone number and texted him pretty much daily. He was happy to keep me posted on the status of my car and answer any and all questions I had. I can be quite annoying and yet he never ever made me feel like a crazy lady that I am :) He also came in on his day off for the actual delivery of our car. He really cares about his buyers' happiness. I recommend Boch dealership because they prices are simply unmatched but even more than that I recommend John because he can help you make the most of your car buying experience. And BTW - I love my new Toyota! :) More
