Yes, yes, yes I’m happy with my vehicle purchase at Boch Toyota and I’m giving them good review and rating. Like anyone - I love getting a new (or used) car, but h I’m happy with my vehicle purchase at Boch Toyota and I’m giving them good review and rating. Like anyone - I love getting a new (or used) car, but hate going thru the sales ‘process’. I’m happy to say that the salesman, Ed S., quickly calibrated his sales approach to what works for me – a quick test drive without any sales BS, which started this positive sales experience. I don’t typically write reviews so I hope this information helps you when you consider doing business with Boch Toyota. There are three criteria that I’ve based my rating on: do they have the right vehicle at a good value, can they obtain competitive financing, and do they do what they say they will do. For Boch the answer is yes, yes, yes! My GF found her dream truck - a gorgeous used Ford F-150 Lariat with every feature that anyone could dream of: NAV, heated/cooled seats, sunroof, and all in excellent shape. Not only was she thrilled. Ed S. and Ed put together a compelling deal with our trade, and Martha in Finance found 1.9% financing for the deal. I was really pleased. Lastly, the prior owner only turned in one key, so Ed and Ed committed to getting us a second key. BTW – the key will start the truck remotely and is around $300. After attempting to get the key from the prior owner, the Boch team instructed me to go to a local Ford dealership so they could purchase a new key for our truck. We were worried that once we drove off the lot they would forget all about the key commitment, but that wasn't the case - that made us very happy. We are really pleased with the rare vehicle found at Boch Toyota. (There will be no work in this truck’s future, unless you count Sunday trips to Target, so it will be in nice shape for a very long time.) The payment is very competitive due the low interest financing, and that made the purchase possible. Plus, the team worked with us effectively before, during, and after the sale, to make sure we were happy with our purchase – thanks Boch Toyota Team! More

Although phone is answered, you never get connected to anthing but a message machine. The sases agent promices to call you back within one hour, and after 24 hours I am still waiting for a call back from him, or sales manager and finance manager. Also the fax number given does not work. What a terrible auto dealership! They should be out of business soon! More

After agreeing to a price established the night before, I came into make my down payment. When I arrived, I noticed that the sales manager Jonathan McGilvary had altered the price and did not honor the offer he had made to me the previous night. His argument was that he told me he had not agreed to sell me the car for that price, rather, he claimed "what if I could sell you the car for that price." This is a very shady business practice employed by Boch and I would not recommend anyone go there. While the initial price might look good, they try to increase the price by claiming that their lowest price includes specific rebates that are not applicable to everyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS especially sales manager JONATHAN MCGILVARY. More
