Sales people are the stereotypical shady car salesman. Buyer beware! They will play all the games with you; "have to talk with my manager", while you sit and wait- to gain the upper hand", Won't let you Buyer beware! They will play all the games with you; "have to talk with my manager", while you sit and wait- to gain the upper hand", Won't let you finance elsewhere. Was told they do no take deposits on used cars, unless I would agree to use Toyota financing. -lost gauranteed sale! Was told my sale didn't matter, because "they sell 600 cars a month".- -1 minus one! Would not recommend to an enemy. Jim More

Turn in a lease After walking in and waiting for 40 minutes to speak to someone about my mother in laws lease that had 8 months left to go, I was quickly told no it's After walking in and waiting for 40 minutes to speak to someone about my mother in laws lease that had 8 months left to go, I was quickly told no it's not possible to turn in the car and their is nothing to discuss, no discussion at all. I explained the car, a 2014 Camry had 2900 miles on it, and my mother in law was just put into an assisted living Nursing home and obviously she can't drive anymore. They were less than interested in discussing any type of solution. This is how they treat an 83 year old woman!! So inhumane and disappointing. Most dealers would like a 2 year old car with 2900 miles on it. Heartless.. More

However, from my initial phone call to Boch Toyota to about my fourth I had been pushed to three different salespeople, one of which had quoted me the wrong price and told me the truck was available within a week, which it wasn't. Poor Dennis had this bomb dropped on his desk and had to scramble to find me what I had been promised and he came through big time. I was disappointed with my experience with the dealership but I would absolutely recommend Dennis Aceto as the go to guy at Boch Toyota. More
