David was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. He helped me make a deal that included the vehicle I wanted and more importantly, the numbers I wanted. David took great care of me and I will be using him exclusively for all future leases or purchases from Boch Toyota. More

My first disappointment and insult with with the first offering of my trade-in. The process to get through the business end of the transactions to purchase the car was extremely long. Better long than in-accurate, but I thought it could have gone a little faster. Second, I was uncomfortable and disappointed with the service on Friday of the same week I purchased he vehicle to install the remote start and take care of the sticker/registration. If it weren't for the Customer Liaison, Nancy, I believe, I might still be there. I recommend improving communication between Service and the 3rd party remote starter installer. More
Stereotypical Dealership... But worse. Boch is big, but that strength is also their weakness: They're too big to care. My experience: - Boch was DECEPTIVE about their ability to obtain a vehicle not in stock. - I canceled my order after a competitor who had the vehicle in stock offered me a significantly better deal in every regard: pricing, trade-in, options, financing...and customer service. - I made an appointment with David Demosthene to close things out and pick up the refund on my deposit. I arrived on time, waited 20 minutes, and he finally appears with other customers in tow. This was VERY DISRESPECTFUL. He apparently lost all interest after realizing I wouldn't be buying from him. - Swap Manager either (a) purposely lied about availability of the vehicle I wanted or (b) is inept at doing the job. (The competitor I purchased the vehicle from outright laughed when I told them Boch has a Swap Manager who doesn't work weekends or holidays and is out by 4:00 p.m.) - DO NOT GIVE BOCH YOUR MONEY unless you're certain you will buy their car. I waited several days with uncertainty for my refund. I was told that I had to prove the check cleared with my bank (that's not a typo: Boch wanted me to prove with written documentation from my bank that Boch made the withdrawal from my account); I brought the issue up with three managers (Ed Brown, Eric Yngve, Jean Joseph) over several days; I sent bank documents and several emails; I made nearly a dozen phone calls to Mr. Demosthene and other staff. No one followed up on my requests for my refund, NO ONE CARED...until they read the first draft of this review. All told, this isn't just one of the worst dealerships I've dealt with, but ONE OF THE WORST BUSINESSES I'VE DEALT WITH. More

Late for refund I have bought the Toyata Rav 4 since 2016. The dealer want me to buy EXT warranty. Later I decided to cancel that service, so I need they refund my mo I have bought the Toyata Rav 4 since 2016. The dealer want me to buy EXT warranty. Later I decided to cancel that service, so I need they refund my money back, but long year they don't refund the money back. please be carefully when you go to there, and decide to buy the car or service like extent warranty. We did and when we got there Erik didn't even bother to stand up to meet us. Instead he points to us and waves us to come to him. Ummm...aren't you suppose to go to your customer. And then passes us to someone and made us wait and wait. After half an hour of going back and forth with Donovan, Erik finally stands up to talk to us only to insinuate that we probably can't afford and to look at a cheaper vehicle. Then he leaves without shaking our hands! Customer service is so below par. More
