I spent 11 days making multi calls which they either would not answer ..left voice messages to my sales rep Amer , at Boch Toyota Norwood Ma. He NEVER called me back. Once The service Dept Answered and asked me to hold while he got the dealership Manger . That call was promptly hung up! As a crital care nurse in a major Brockton Medical center I have a small window to speak via phone 7a to 4pm. The dealership is closed at 5PM. Amer gave me his cell # which he would not pick up or promptly terminate, we have owned 3 highlanders and I traded a Lexus for this car.. I will never recommend this sales person or dealership to anyone. My time is valuable! It should never be spent TRYING TO REACH A person. Oh and I spend 1.5 hours in my work places parking lot on your web help center that person Cory was polite and a delight to work with ALTHOUGH IT NEVER FIXED MY PROBLEM. Ii ended up going home and using you tube ! Very sad unprofessional business you are running these days. I think Ernie Boch would cringe as he is a service first, satisfaction guaranteed Businessman. The scheduler was very helpful and nice. The Rep was off after that day and the rep taking over called me the following day 1/2 hour before closing to tell me the car was ready but I had to wait until the next day to pick it up because they were closing in 30 minutes. At this point the questions I had weren’t answered yet. Next day the Mgr or Director called me to say the car was ready, I asked about a service that had not been done and was able to answer my questions and get the work done, for me to pick the car up the following day. More
Usually a great experience; was told 1-1 1/2 hours; it was closer to 2 hours. My daughter drove me but we would have brought 2 cars if we knew up front it was going to be that long for an oil change ; oth was closer to 2 hours. I was extremely disappointed with the abrupt and abrasive service. The car did not get a complimentary cleaning, and there were no questions about the damage to my car. I am shocked at the price to replace keys for a car. I lost them so it’s in me but it’s absurd. I was told there was a lot of labor involved but then told it was all computerized which is not manual labor lost them so it’s in me but it’s absurd. Excellent Experience as a First-Time Buyer After struggling with other dealerships, I booked an appointment with Boch Toyota to purchase my first car. I was able to book an appointment within minutes of inquiring about a car I was interested in, and everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful! Chase was great! I live in New Hampshire, and, with everything going on in the world right now, it was tricky to navigate the process of having the vehicle driven to my town hall to be registered. Chase communicated with me every step of the way, and he went out of his way to ensure that I could get my car as soon as possible. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and he handled the unusual circumstances with both timeliness and professionalism. Theresa was great about walking me through the financing process. As a first-time car buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns, and she answered them all and gave me some great additional advice! She was so kind and knowledgeable, and I left the dealership feeling confident in my purchase and with no further questions. Overall, I had a really excellent experience. I'd definitely recommend Boch Toyota, and I'd gladly work with both Chase and Teresa again. More
