This way it was convenient. After driving the second one, we knew ww wanted the other one. The paperwork process was uncomplicated. Lengthy, trying experience Took >3 hours after my appointment time to get the car I wanted to test drive back to the dealership even though I had made an appointment over the ph Took >3 hours after my appointment time to get the car I wanted to test drive back to the dealership even though I had made an appointment over the phone in advance to test drive that particular car. Salesperson did not demonstrate car features before my second test drive (whereas the Honda salesperson did before he joined me on the test drive). I did really love the car and purchased it, but Finance guy walked away with my husband to discuss payment even though *I* was buying the car - rude. Floor mats were left in the trunk and as a result driver side mat is not yet safely installed - I'll have to go back for that. Salespeople were both friendly and tried to be helpful, but it was a very time-consuming process. More
