Professional professional and everything done in a very timely manner. Searched on line for what I wanted. Received email and call back to set up an appointment. Greeted at front desk who brought me to my sales Rep who was Dave McLean. He was excellent and we had the sale completed in a very short time. which is great for me where I ma extremely busy. I had an extended warranty on my trade in which was a 2014 FJ and Dave informed me that they are pro-rate. I stopped by Woburn Toyota (I live and purchased the FJ at Woburn) who I cancelled the extended warranty with and they issued the credit through Toyota. So that was news that I would never had known if it wasn't for Dave. Anyway I originally built the car online through Toyota and send to Woburn Toyota where I had purchased the 2014 FJ there and live there. I had one call back and then did it again Tuesday night and had a call saying the sales person would call Wednesday. She called and said she would pull the information and get right back. That basically was the last time I heard from her which was a surprise where I turn my cars over every 3 years and that had been my 3rd FJ Cruiser. So I set up appointment Thursday for Friday at Boch and drove to Norwood on Friday and completed the sale for a 2017 4 Runner in a professional and timely manner with Dave. On pick-up this morning it was pretty quick along with every was explained in the car along with paring my phone to the car. So I appreciate the way that the transaction went along from start to finish in a quick and professional manner. Thank you More
