Quick and easy I came in late one evening and was lucky enough to be able to work with Monike. He is a very professional, courteous and knowledgeable sales person. He answered all my questions with regards to the vehicle ensuring that I was getting exactly what I wanted in a RAV4. He gave me a tutorial about the electronic features, and took it a step up, and set up some of the functions for me. The finance manager, Mr. Imad Saker, was very efficient in processing the financial end of the purchase. He went over finance rates and options available to me, making the purchase very easy. He explained the technical jargon in a way that I could understand. He delivered excellent customer service. In closing, I would highly recommend dealing with these two gentlemen for the purchase of your next vehicle. It was all about the salesperson, Dave Gordenstein My wife and I went to 3 dealerships before going to Boch Toyota and dealing with Dave. He was up front with us and told us that customer service was his most important goal and he certainly lived up to that goal. We were not rushed or pressured and we felt like we were dealing with a friend. One of the dealerships was very close in price but the final reason we purchased our car at Boch Toyota was Dave. We felt like we were dealing with a friend. I have called him twice, at least, with questions and he responded without hesitation and was very helpful. I would definitely purchase a car from Boch Toyota again if I could deal with Mr. Gordenstein. J.J. was very personable also and a pleasure to deal with even if he did take all my money. More
