Now that I drive a a Mini Cooper I only come in for the inspection sticker, but am still treated with great courtesy and professionalism. This time it was pouring with rain and the floor was very slippery. I have recently had both knees replaced and walk with a cane. Peter Anderson, my service advisor, even gave me his arm to walk me back to my car so I would not slip! He was friendly, professional, and just great to deal with. I highly recommend Boch Toyota.
