General check up I was in for a general check up and Inspection . I was very happy when Peter Anderson the Service Advisor told me that all I needed was the inspection I was in for a general check up and Inspection . I was very happy when Peter Anderson the Service Advisor told me that all I needed was the inspection and tire rotation . Peter treated me with a strong hand shake and a very big smile . He told me what I needed this time and explained that I did not need an oil change at this time . When my car was ready he explained that I will need my breake repair in the near future . I felt that he was very honest with me and not pushing me to do it now . He said that I should keep it on my list of things to do in the next few months looking on my driving record. I left that afternoon very confident that I was in good hands and very happy. More

We made a little small talk and he shared his background and it was good to know that someone with his twenty year background was now on the Auto Mile with Toyota. On a side note, nothing to do with the Advisor, the waiting area continues to show old 1990 movies vs having a cable connection to watch the news or ESPN for waiting patrons. Nobody wants to watch a 1994 remake of Maverick which does contain some foul language (not good for children) and does have a scene that belittles Native American Indians. I would hope this gets addressed. It has gone on deaf ears in the past. Thank you More
