Horrible Customer Service I will never purchase/lease a vehicle from this place again. It has been about 8 months since I've visited Boch Toyota and every time I have an issue, I will never purchase/lease a vehicle from this place again. It has been about 8 months since I've visited Boch Toyota and every time I have an issue, I'm reminded of how horrible their service has been. Its clear now more than ever that all they care about is money. When you first get there to buy/lease a car, they will be extremely nice and accommodating, however as soon as you sign on the line and walk away they become practically useless, rude and unprofessional. I've had on going issues with my car (which I don't recommend either) and the folks at Boch Toyota throw their hands up in the air and pretend there's nothing they can do to help. They've sent me multiple tax bills even though it's included in my monthly bill and even after I paid the bill they continued to send me another one. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, Chris Chapman answered the phone and he was by far one of the worst managers I've ever dealt with. He talked over me and when he was quiet, he was probably thinking about what he was going to say next since I had to repeat myself several times before he understood what I was communicating to him. When he spoke during the times I was talking, he gave me erroneous information, which I later found out from the corporate office. Chris is a poor excuse for a manager (perhaps they have him there b/c he's a good con man and can pull a fast one over most heads with his fast talk). I then called back to speak with his manager Jason Aufiero and he never even bothered to call me back at all and it has been approximately 2 weeks. I'm sharing my horrendous experience so that I can hopefully prevent one person from enduring the nightmare I've inherited. I can't wait for my lease to be over- this is the first and last time Boch Toyota gets my business. More

Made a potentialy painful process easy. I went in to purchase a car with a defensive mindset. I was expecting this to be a hassle. I was ready to have to listen to a salesman try and stron I went in to purchase a car with a defensive mindset. I was expecting this to be a hassle. I was ready to have to listen to a salesman try and strong arm me or trick me into a sale. I was surprised to find that David Demosthene didn't seem to project the type of attitude I was expecting. He listened to what my needs were and made valid suggestions. Being a skeptic, I still verified everything David told me and was happy to see that everything he said was sound and in my interest. When it came time to talk about numbers he listened patiently to my concerns and worked with me to address every one of them. Once we agreed on the terms I was introduced to Danubio Rodrigues. As soon as I knew I was going to talk to the Finance Manager I quickly threw all my guards back up and was preparing for a fight. I went in and told Dan my concerns and expectations and prepared for his counter. Not only did Dan address my concerns but he got me a better rate than I asked for. I left that dealership happy and, unlike my expectations, feeling as if I got a fair deal. I ran everything by my Father In-law who is a dealership manager in California and he agreed that it was a fair deal for everyone. Thank you David and Dan for making what I was expecting to be a rough evening into one where I went home with a smile. More
