Scheduled check engine light appt. Left car all day, they failed to fix issue. Today’s appointment was coming back to fix that failure. I told them my timeline of when I needed to leave by, they got the chec failed to fix issue. Today’s appointment was coming back to fix that failure. I told them my timeline of when I needed to leave by, they got the check engine light to shut off and charged me $500, only to have it turn on within 1 minute of driving, came back, they kept me there past when I told them I needed to leave by and didn’t fix the issue. 2 additional trips there, $500 extra spent, late because of them, problem still not fixed. Terrible service. Had me sitting in lobby for a long time with no offer of food or beverage or ride to get food or beverage, starved through breakfast and lunch instead of being able to eat or drink, drank from the bathroom sink. More

I was shopping for a motor vehicle online and came across a car I wanted to purchase at Boch Toyota. I made an appointment and visited the dealership. When I met with the sales person and he looked up the ve a car I wanted to purchase at Boch Toyota. I made an appointment and visited the dealership. When I met with the sales person and he looked up the vehicle I was there to look at, I knew there was a hiccup as he immediately started trying to interest me in other cars rather than showing me the vehicle I came to see. It took over an hour to finally see the vehicle I came for and test drive it. Everything with the car was as advertised except the dealership hadn't actually received the title for the car. So in the end I was convinced by the sales manager to purchase the car and wait for them to get the title because they wouldn't hold the car. It's been a week since I've made the purchase and still no car. Overall the sales team were friendly. You be the judge. More
Brakes service I brought the car for diagnose the noises on the wheels, learned that was a problem with brakes, needed change, order the service, left the Shoppe and I brought the car for diagnose the noises on the wheels, learned that was a problem with brakes, needed change, order the service, left the Shoppe and the noise returned, (need to say, I leave about 2 hours from the dealer in good days) I returned to the dealer to get checked, after awhile there was nothing there to be done, apparently the noise had disappeared, left the Shoppe and the noise returned, it was late in the day, I have to return another day, service was done and surprise, surprise, they reused the rusted old pads. The new attendant suggested the change to correct the situation. I spent a lot of time back and forth and I left knowingly that I was took for a ride. I did not like it. More
