Do not buy any preowned vehicle from these people. I bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander last week and was told they would fix my trunk before they gave the sub to me. They did not fix it and they tried to say I have to pay $1,000 for them to fix it and that's suppose to be 50 percent off. They do not care and will sell you anything. This location should not be selling any cars. Also their service manage or assistant Chris is extremely rude. They never apologized once and told me they just sell as is suvs. As long as it passes safety they could care less. They were willing to trade me into a new suv and charge me more money like that's a deal. These people are just ridiculous. More

Chase Calef was honest and upfront in making a purchase possible for a hybrid vehicle, which is currently in huge demand. He was patient and detailed in answering the many questions I had. He also worked hard to ensure that my vehicle didn't come with extra additions that the port would automatically install on in-demand vehicles for extra cash. I was able to purchase a 2023 Rav 4 hybrid without any factory/port installed options, which is very rare in New England. I worked with two other dealerships that were closer to me, with salesmen that were rated 5 stars on dealerrater. The first salesman in Dedham abruptly stopped contact when I asked a couple of questions. The second dealer in Wellesley cancelled my contract when I said that I would like to forego the additional accessories that were automatically added on the build. He stated that there were easier customers that would happily purchase a hybrid with tons of padded accessories. I'm not one to be ok with such practices in principle, especially when I was factory ordering a car. Both dealerships also tried to upsell me to higher trim levels and even a Rav 4 Prime, regardless of my needs, due to the fact that those higher priced models weren't selling as fast and was taking up space in their lots. I didn't experience any of this from Chase and he made my car-buying experience as painless as possible. He even went through what additions I would need to purchase, even if it wasn't with Toyota, such as floor mats as they don't even come with regular carpet mats in the new vehicle. There are differences in salespeople rated 5 stars on dealerrater, and Chase stood above them all. I would go even further to say that I would purchase my next vehicle at a dealership that's even further in distance, if he decided to work at a different dealership. I would definitely refer anyone looking to buy a Toyota to Chase. More

This sales person tried to switch us around then when it came to my final decision he try to slap me with $2000 over MSRP. When I was about to leave he tried $500 over MSRP. I stopped in yesterday looking for a used car since my car has died. I was ready to buy. The first salesperson I spoke to said, "I'm busy with a customer, ask him," pointing to a well-dressed fellow wit car has died. I was ready to buy. The first salesperson I spoke to said, "I'm busy with a customer, ask him," pointing to a well-dressed fellow with dark rimmed glasses sitting in the middle of the floor, two other staff members standing close to him. "What are you looking for," he asked? I explained that I was undecided between a small SUV or a sedan, but I was thinking of spending $20K to $30K. "Well, that's not enough to go on," he said. "I suggest that you start by looking on-line first," or something to that effect. This response is remarkable: this pompous man essentially dismissed me. I am astonished that Boch Toyota would have someone like this representing them. More
