First time in for service- so I was a bit confused where to go. I asked a lady at the office multiple times and she just said “you need to speak with someone out there.” She could have showed me where to go to go. I was unsure about taking my car in for service during the pandemic. However, Boch Toyota Norwood was able to have a same day appointment, the interaction was professional and quick.
