It was impossible to call in and talk to some one Maybe short staff for covid also when you did connect you talk to three different people before you get some one who can help with the problem. Also we bought a car and only have 25000 on it and already need a engine coil spark plugs and had a transmission leak not happy about that as we need another car and don’t think we will be looking a Toyota’s. Lucio was great and very helpful once we were connected called an updated me and was overall a pleasure to work with.
