Back in again a second day. Issue was finally resolved after waiting the better part of the late afternoon. Always happens when no one is around, and when you get to the dealership, problem doesn't exist after waiting the better part of the late afternoon. Always happens when no one is around, and when you get to the dealership, problem doesn't exist. I sometimes think that the vehicles themselves have a mind of their own and are testing us owners. Oh well, thanks to the Tarbox Team to resolve it. :) More

Had my 2016 Highlander detailed and it looks brand new. It’s blizzard pearl (White) again instead of tree sap gray. New 2020 Camry LE. This was my first maintenance. Appointments are not available. I live about 40 mins away and would prefer appointments. I wouldn't be happy if I drove all that way and had to wait a long time. My other car is a Honda Pilot. They offer appointments for the same type of service. The only other thing I was surprised is all they did was rotate the tires and check fluids. I would have thought at a little over 5000 miles the oil would have been changed. The other classy thing Honda does is a free car wash. It was a week day around 1:30pm. My wait was about 45 mins. If I had to wait much more than an hour I would not have been happy. The service center folks are very friendly. My hats off to them. I just like having appointments to reduce wait time. More

I have been taking my car to this dealership for maintenance and repairs since buying it in 2012. They are fair, honest, pleasant and knowledgeable. Recently there was a problem with my oil cooler maintenance and repairs since buying it in 2012. They are fair, honest, pleasant and knowledgeable. Recently there was a problem with my oil cooler lines being rotted out. Initially it was thought that the radiator would need to be replaced because the lines were not able to be removed. The techs worked to get the lines off, thereby saving me the cost of anew radiator and cutting my bill almost in half. More
