reason for visit was to check engine light, inspection and oil change... Costly repairs made me stop and think that the way to go was to seek a sales rep and go from there.. I recently purchased a used car for my twin sons. They will be getting their licenses soon and I wanted a reliable car for them to drive. The first day I was "just looking" but then went back another day after John called to let me know about some cars that had come in. I bought a low minlage 2006 Corrolla and am very pleased with it. It is clean, comfortable and runs very well. I'm sure it will serve us well for many years. I also bought a new Camry in 2003 that I'm still driving. I've been taking it to Tarbox for service for the past nine years and have always been satisfied with the service. I intend to continue going to Tarbox as long as I have these two vehicles and possibly with the next one. More

MY Toyota Tacoma was recalled and had to bring it to Tarbox in NK. They gave me a Toyota Camry loaner courtesy of Toyota. I drove the car for 200 miles to work and back home and had a tire going flat. I addressed it then came home to find another tire that went flat in my garage. I drove my truck for 12 years and had 2 flat tires in the entire time. I called AAA and they replaced the tire. I came out the next morning and found the first tire flat again. This time I had the car towed to Tarbox. I stoped by the next day to make sure they got the car and they first wanted to charge me for 3 tires!!!!I was of course upset and they charged me for 1 tire-$309.88. Can you imagine $309.88 for a tire? I will NEVER buy anything at Tarbox and would never receommend having service done there. More
THE dealer is full of himself cant stand to listen to him on the radio . Turn off tv every time I see that big mouth bald head . I brought the car in for service. I picked it up and it was in the same condition, as when I had dropped it off. The service technician lied to me about the car having been fixed and the interior reconditi was in the same condition, as when I had dropped it off. The service technician lied to me about the car having been fixed and the interior reconditioned (the AC drain was clogged and draining into the car's interior). It took a phone call to the General Manager to set things straight. After this experience, I will never trust my automobile with this dealership's service department again. More

No matts were in the car, cleaning job not real good, a couple of small scratches on vehicle. Told to come back the next week for matts - I called and told they had come in and went to dealership and they could not find them finally came up with them, told to come back again the next day for the small matt that goes to the third seat, no anchors on front matt it keeps slipping. After buying my car, I was upset to find a knocking in the steering and the dome light coming loose. I was encouraged to bring the car in for service under the 30-day warrantee by Nick and Jared. I did so and met a gentleman in the service department (his name escapes me, unfortunately) who was very helpful and accurate in his estimation of the time it would take to fix. The car performs beautifully now and I am very happy with it. More
