I was in the market for a new car. After test driving various models I decided on a Toyota Corolla. My daughter did her homework and first went to a different dealer who rejected her offer. My daughter told them what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. To our pleasant surprise, Tarbox accepted the offer. We did have a little negotiating with the trade in but the overall experience was excellent. We were both nervous about the experience but I must say, it was far exceeded both of our expectations. When I went to pick up my new car, Dave spent a great deal of time with me explaining all the features of the car. Dave was very knowledgeable about the car and explained how the service department would work. He was most polite and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend Tarbox to my family and friends. It was a very positive experience. More

On Sunday 2/26/2012 I arrived with my wife at the Tarbox dealership during the late morning hours. I was concerned that I would be swarmed with salesmen upon leaving my vehicle to look at the cars in the lot. In contrast, my wife and I toured the lot and made our opinion on what vehicles we were interested in without interruption or hassle. As we approached the main office, a salesman by the name of Anthony Turchetta came out to greet us and offered to help us. We asked if we can test drive a Camry that my wife was interested in. In order to lead us in the right direction, Anthony inquired about our concerns in purchasing a new vehicle and based on our answers he made few suggestions that I thought were helpful. When the test drive was concluded we decided to purchase the Camry we test drove. Anthony treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism during the process and we did not feel the sale pressure that many would-be buyers feel. This professionalism extended and was felt when we dealt with the manager (not sure of his name) and the financing personnel (Alvin) who explained all the different scenarios of financing and packages available. Although this was not my first new Toyota purchase (owned a Sequoia up to 2005), it is my first Tarbox Toyota purchase and I am looking forward a great service relationship with them. FYI: I traded my ML350 with a new Camry SE 2.5L 4CY and I am looking forward a lot of saving on fuel consumption. More
I would like to thank Anton for helping me decide on a vehicle that was ideal and practicle for my family. I had looked at many different models and decided on a 2012 Toyota Highlander Limited. Tarbox did not have the exact color and equipment of the vehicle I wanted on their lot. So, they went and found what I was looking for in my new Highlander. Anton was very helpful in showing me the basics of my new vehicle and in setting up Bluetooth. My only complaint was that it seemed to take a very long time to complete the necessary paperwork. The sale and courtesy shown to us and the time taken to have us in a vehicle that I really liked made us happy customers. More
My wife and I went to Tarbox to buy a new Camry. We have been driving Toyotas for 27 years. We presently own . Three Toyota's. We made three visits. The first one we test drove several models. We settled on the SE. we tried to order an SE without a sunroof, but with the convenience package and navigation. Mitch said he would have to wait and get his rep to order. On our next visit he stated that they could not order without the sunroof. The problem is I am very tall and with the seat up my head hit the roof. They let us take a Camry with a sunroof for a day. We decided that I could live with it. We went back again on Presidents' Day and negotiated a price. Mitch made several trips to talk with a manager. We finally settled on a price and a trade-in for my wife's 2009 Corolla. We offered to give a deposit but they said they would have to try to locate and would call back the next day. Two days past and no word from Mitch. I finally called him. He stated that the car was hard to find and the manager had overridden the deal. I had told him many times that we we had no problem waiting 5 to 8 weeks to order one. He stated they could not order one. He also stated that the price was now $1400 more than on Monday. To say the least I was very upset. I made a call to Toyota headquarters was given a case number was told that Brian Renald would call within three working days. Today is Tuesday the 28th five working days later and I still have not heard from anyone at Tarbox Toyota. We have referred many customers to Tarbox but that has come to an end. More

The service was absolutely fabulous. They were all kind and very helpful, I stopped in without an appointment to look at cars since my lease was almost up. Richard was able to take me right away! Mitch was a pleasure to work with. When I picked up the car, he explained everything to me about it! I purchased a 2012 Camry Hybrid so there is allot to go over both in and outside of the vehicle. Never an issue with any price concerns, etc. I have bought several Toyota vehicles from Tarbox and they remain my first choice. More
Got a good used car in less than two weeks after my previous car became inoperable. The dealership lent us a car until we got financing arranged.
