Always a wonderful experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, repairs are fast and done right. I had a slow leak in a tire and it cost less than ten dollars to fix. Can’t beat that! Exceeded expectations for what turned out to be a longer and more expensive repair than anticipated. Comfortable waiting area, shuttle home when car needed to be kept overnight unexpectedly, good communicat and more expensive repair than anticipated. I would give this dealership NO STARS if I could. I dealt with three people before a purchase, having to repeat myself. My deposit check was cashed on May 5th for a vehicle that was supposed to be in "by the with three people before a purchase, having to repeat myself. My deposit check was cashed on May 5th for a vehicle that was supposed to be in "by the end of the week." As of today, I have made seven calls to Tarbox (salesperson, and manager). IF they picked up the phone, they both said "I will call you right back"...as though, it were rehearsed. Not one of seven promises return calls. There is absolutely NO communication between their internet salespeople, showroom salespeople, office staff, and managers. Eddie, you should be ashamed to call yourself a manager as you managed nothing. I have asked for a refund on 3 occasions. Also received a "sweetsie email" from Shawn the Manager (4th request for a refund) . Still one month... no response, no check, no call. Too many Chiefs and not good ones. Maybe they'll respond to the Attorney General. More
