I had to have a recalled part installed. I did wait one year for it, but I am glad that it has been replaced. I want to say something about Corey. He is the best. A few weeks ago I went in as a light came on on my dash. He explained about tire-pressure and cold weather. He not only filled the tire that caused the light to come on but all the tires. Next comes replacing my defective part (recall). He was very nice in explaining the time I would have to wait and suggested an afternoon time that might be not as long. He was right. He is a gentlemen. He understands women (usually) are not as auto savvy as men and he explains everything. Kudos to Corey!! More
Purchased a new truck. 20 day Temp plate expired. Salesman Joe Petit did not return my initial inquiry for where my new plates were. Waited a week. Spoke to him and got the run around, was told to drive with no registration! He then hung up! Nice. Then spoke to the sales manager, he is looking into it. I had to call the RIDMV to see if a registration was pending and it wasnt. I also have the dmv looking into this matter. Was planning on driving out of state but cant because i have no plates! Absolutely rediculous. I will escalate this to Toyota regional if i have to and get the news involved. I dont not like the way i have been treated. I have a paper weight i cannot drive. Thanks! More

I arrived at Tarbox Toyota Service Department a few minutes before the appointed time and was greeted by Geoffrey Dias. This magnificent young man was friendly and polite, I've dealt with him before. H minutes before the appointed time and was greeted by Geoffrey Dias. This magnificent young man was friendly and polite, I've dealt with him before. He checked my car in, told me the expected time of service completion, took my keys, and I was on my way. Within the given time frame I received a call that the car was ready. Thirty minutes later I was driving my newly serviced car home, after paying a reasonably price bill. Everything in life should be so easy. More

No high pressure BS, just a fair price for the truck & trade, and a quick & easy transaction which was important to me as I travelled 300 miles & only had 1 day to devote to the deal.
