Purchased a new truck. 20 day Temp plate expired. Salesman Joe Petit did not return my initial inquiry for where my new plates were. Waited a week. Spoke to him and got the run around, was told to dr Salesman Joe Petit did not return my initial inquiry for where my new plates were. Waited a week. Spoke to him and got the run around, was told to drive with no registration! He then hung up! Nice. Then spoke to the sales manager, he is looking into it. I had to call the RIDMV to see if a registration was pending and it wasnt. I also have the dmv looking into this matter. Was planning on driving out of state but cant because i have no plates! Absolutely rediculous. I will escalate this to Toyota regional if i have to and get the news involved. I dont not like the way i have been treated. I have a paper weight i cannot drive. Thanks! More

I arrived at Tarbox Toyota Service Department a few minutes before the appointed time and was greeted by Geoffrey Dias. This magnificent young man was friendly and polite, I've dealt with him before.
