Friendly but glib customer service. Buying my 2013 Prious V was a good experience. However, I have been very disappointed in Customer Service. First I bought the tire Warranty. 2 months after I bought the car, I had an unrepairable flat tire. It was a time when I could not call Tarbox. I had it repaired locally, and took the old tire to Tarbox. They told me I had to get permission first otherwise I couldn'tget my money back. They assured me they told me in the finance office. My word against theirs. Guess who won. I wrote to CustomerService, but no reply. Very upset. Then the mileage on the Prious started to decline, from an average of 43 mpg to 37. Went to them 3 times and just got excuses. They adjusted the tires and the brakes. Finally i was told this was in the acceptable range (a 14% decline? ),and there was no problem. I am finally going to another dealership. It's taken me long enough. And I did write several letters More

The sales person listened to what I had to say and payed close attention to any concerns I might have had. He addressed them quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The deal was made in an amazingly fast period of time. My new truck was being cleaned and was ready for me before all the paperwork was complete. The salesperson showed me all the toys and how to use them. I would very highly recommend this dealership to anyone. The whole staff was helpful and very upbeat. You can tell that they are happy working there. I personally met Ed Tarbox and he is just like he is on TV. He a such a nice down to earth guy. So disappointed! I visited this dealership today and was very disappointed. I've been around the block when it comes to buying cars. When they ask for your payoff to g I visited this dealership today and was very disappointed. I've been around the block when it comes to buying cars. When they ask for your payoff to get a price on your trade-in, don't do it. Thats the number they work from. Not how much your trade-in is actually worth. This unprofessional tactic is what I was dealt with today. I brought in a $49k truck with 1100 miles and they wanted to give me $32k. How unbelievably greedy. We all know everyone needs to make a living, but thats just robbery and stupidity. How insulting can Ed Tarbox get? If this is any indication of how the sales dept. operates, imagine what other surprises the rest of Tarbox has in store. Shame. More
