Worst dealer - all liars here Never lease a vehicle. Before your lease is up, Toyota will send you something in the mail to turn it in early with no charges. That's a lie. I turned mine in early, bought a car, and then got a huge bill later. They did not take care of any of the charges they agreed to. Now I'm stuck paying two car payments and ruined my credit thinking they would be the ones to pay my leased car which I don't have! Complete xxxxxxxxx. All they care about is money. I tried settling this situation for over one month and all I got were voicemails and no returned calls. Because of this, my credit suffered for "late payments" when I had no idea I was responsible for them! They don't return your call or answer your call. If you talk to someone else and explain your situation, they will say they will call back with answers but yet again, another lie. I am so fed up with this company!!!! More

The "old bait & switch". I found what seemed like the perfect car on their website, made an appointment to see it, came in, test drove said car and upon arriving back from the I found what seemed like the perfect car on their website, made an appointment to see it, came in, test drove said car and upon arriving back from the test drive I was told "oh, by the way this car is already sold...sorry!" When I asked why they didn't tell me that when I arrived or before my test drive, all they said was it had "just been sold an hour earlier" (I had only been at the dealership maybe 30 minutes at this point). Then they proceeded to find me a "similar deal" on a car that I had never seen and had no real information on. BAIT AND SWITCH! I guess if you are comfortable with a dealership letting someone else test drive a car that you have a signed purchase agreement for, then by all means go to Tarbox. I for one will not be back and do not recommend this dealership to anyone. P.S. If I had been told at arrival that the car had been sold when I arrived, I would have been bummed and open to a different car. P.P.S Heidi (Internet Specialist) was great to work with and was very responsive to questions and such. More
