I only needed to get the oil changed on my car but I'd been procrastinatinating because I heard that I couldn't make an appointment and the wait could be up to two hours! Infuriating! Solution found: I le been procrastinatinating because I heard that I couldn't make an appointment and the wait could be up to two hours! Infuriating! Solution found: I left the car. Mark, my service writer, was knowledgeable, pleasant and didn't try to oversell me. He gave me a reasonable time estimate in which to expect the car to be done and it was! The women in the business office recognized my punch card was on my third visit, so I got 1/2 off. It was a great visit!! Based on this service visit, I would feel confident returning to this service department. More
