Took vehicle in for state emissions inspection (42k mi, ZERO issues/deficient conditions reported upon arrival) and left with $3200 in repairs. Some were necessary (tires, brake pads), but a majority of th ZERO issues/deficient conditions reported upon arrival) and left with $3200 in repairs. Some were necessary (tires, brake pads), but a majority of the services they sold me seem to have been unnecessary, based on their own Multi-Point Inspection (trans flush, coolant flush, brake rotors, injector service). Mark Decker claimed that they complete some of the Inspection Form before services are performed, and some of the inspections after work is performed... Despite all fluids checked SATISFACTORY on their inspection form, I was told those checks were done AFTER they flushed the transmission and coolant systems... Despite brake discs/calipers being checked SATISFACTORY on their inspection form, I was told they had to replace all four rotors, with no actual data to drive this maintenance. This is absurd, to suggest that their inspection form is accomplished partly before performing maintenance, and partly afterward....why would you check the transmission fluid AFTER you flush the transmission? Of course it's going to be in "good condition" lol. Very dishonest service department, and my family will not be coming here for any future vehicles or services. More
