Joe Cabral handled that and was very helpful explaining everything. The people were great and the 0% financing and the fact that they had the car I wanted on the lot were what sealed the deal. They had to be great, because my last two cars were Honda Accords (14 years). More

Overall, I had a great experience with Jeff and the Tarbox team. At first, when I arrived on the lot, I walked around and no one approached me. Jeff was very patient and did not make me feel as though I was asking too much, a reasonably priced car with low miles. Other dealers immediately tried to get me to spend $4,000 more than I could, Jeff did not. Jeff made sure to search every avenue and eventually found the car I ultimately purchased. The service team addressed the issues I noted during the test drive and I was given a rental car in the interim. Hi, We had an excellent experience at Tarbox and it wasn't the first time. We were given the run around at another dealership where they had "computer glitches", they didn't know their own inventory, wasn't the first time. We were given the run around at another dealership where they had "computer glitches", they didn't know their own inventory, the price kept going up, they failed to provide us with any other options that could have gotten us to buy, and they were bossy and made us feel stupid. We headed over to Tarbox and Jeff was great: he knew the inventory, we could see him look everything up on the computer quickly, he laid out the various options that were available to us including 0% financing and we got a great deal on the car itself including our trade-in. The whole process was comfortable and seamless and we left happy. Barbara in finance was also excellent - very thorough. More

Everyone was so helpful, Anthony was amazing and even the managers were friendly and helpful.
