MITCH CARTER IS A FANTASTIC SALESMAN. HE IS VERY COURTIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AND HE ALWAYS TREATED ME WELL. HOWEVER, I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT. THE NEW COROLLA I LEASED DID NOT COME WITH COURTIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AND HE ALWAYS TREATED ME WELL. HOWEVER, I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT. THE NEW COROLLA I LEASED DID NOT COME WITH FLOOR MATS. I DIDN'T NOTICE THIS UNTIL SEVERAL DAYS AFTER I LEASED THE VEHICLE. YOU WOULD THINK WHEN A CUSTOMER PAYS THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR A NEW VEHICLE THAT IT WOULD COME WITH FLOOR MATS. I NOW HAVE LEARNED THAT TOYOTA HAS MADE FLOOR MATS OPTIONAL AND THAT THEY APPEAR ON THE STICKER. THE LAST TOYOTA THAT I LEASED HAD TWO RECALLS ON IT AND NOW I HAD THIS UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE. I CALLED MITCH AND HE TOLD ME TO COME BY AND HE WOULD INSTALL RUBBER FLOOR MATS FOR FREE. I WILL ACCEPT THIS, HOWEVER I WOULD PREFER THE CARPETED FLOOR MATS, BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $150.00 EA FOR THEM. I HAD INTENTIONS OF PURCHASING THIS VEHICLE AFTER THE LEASE IS OVER, BUT I AM BRINGIING IT BACK AS I DON'T FEEL THAT I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR FLOOR MATS ON A BRAND NEW VEHICLE. My wife and I came in looking for a new or possibly used Scion. That all changed when we started to look at the Prius. At the time, Tarbox had a few used and new cars on hand. My wife drove a dealer certif Scion. That all changed when we started to look at the Prius. At the time, Tarbox had a few used and new cars on hand. My wife drove a dealer certified 2010 with about 20, 00 miles and loved it. I went in and met with Matt and Bill and we got the deal done. Once taking the Prius home noticed a small ding that broke the through the body that we had somehow missed. Called Bill brought the car in to Tarbox Body Shop and 5 days latter, all fixed and looked brand new again. Prius also did not have a rear cargo cover that had been in the car originally. Bill manages to find a used one, which I was more than happy with in our Prius. Just all around great service that we make us come bake to Tarbox for service and our next Toyota! More

The car had 6000 miles on it and was sold to me as new. I had some issues with car and contacted Tarbox Toyota. After addressing several issues with the vehicle, Jay Bruno (sales) and Ray Clements (Corporate General Manager)came to a solution and replaced the vehicle with a new 2011 Camry. Jay Bruno is a great asset to Tarbox Toyota and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the new Camry. I don't know how many other car dealers would have replaced the first car with a brand new one, but Tarbox is true to their customers with an incredible commitment to customer service, I am extreemly satisfied with my NEW Camry. I would recommend Tarbox Toyota if you are in the market for a new car. More

The first experience I was taken advantage of pretty bad. I was only 20 and drove out with a brand new truck that had no bumper, radio or intermittent wipers. So I was very leery about going back. I am glad that I did, as I said Mitch was great. He knew exactly what I was looking for and that is what he gave me. No pressure, no hype and no added extra bonuses that I couldn't have afforded and didn't need. I will definitely recommend Tarbox and Mitch Carter to my family and friends. More
I found being at Tarbox as comfortable as sitting with an old friend. My questions were answered quickly and helped me make my decision without feeling pressured as I have with other dealers. He is easy to talk to and I felt as if I could ask anything I wanted. He also cleared up some misconceptions I had about differences between various models, which helped me make my decision. The bottom line though is that I love the car and I trust Tarbox. Everyone was great. Mitch does not act like the typical car dealer, simply looking to make a sale...he basically lets you buy the car you will be happy with, rather than selling you the car he wants to sell. More

I will recommend to everyone I know who is looking for a car. Rebecca Salvail worked hard to find us the vechicle we were looking for. She was very deligent, and friendly and a delight to work with. We did think that we were offered a low price for our trade in, but we like the car that we purchased enough to overlook it. We were however, dissapointed that there wasn't more negotiations. I would imagine that some people would walk out and go elsewhere under the same circumstances. More
