Once we decided that the Sienna was what we wanted, we came back and Richard and Freddy stayed until the deal was done, around 9:30 that night. I had a very low pressure sales experience at Tarbox. I was almost settled on my decision to buy a Tacoma when I walked in. I feel that I walked away with a good price and value. The most notable experience that I had was that Bill made himself available to drive my car home for me as I was not trading in and had to drive my car home. He arranged for an associate to pick him up at my house. Now that was special! More

Mitch was wonderful in every way! He has the best personality and you can tell he loves what he does. MY Toyota Tacoma was recalled and had to bring it to Tarbox in NK. They gave me a Toyota Camry loaner courtesy of Toyota. I drove the car for 200 miles to work and back home and had a tire going flat. I Tarbox in NK. They gave me a Toyota Camry loaner courtesy of Toyota. I drove the car for 200 miles to work and back home and had a tire going flat. I addressed it then came home to find another tire that went flat in my garage. I drove my truck for 12 years and had 2 flat tires in the entire time. I called AAA and they replaced the tire. I came out the next morning and found the first tire flat again. This time I had the car towed to Tarbox. I stoped by the next day to make sure they got the car and they first wanted to charge me for 3 tires!!!!I was of course upset and they charged me for 1 tire-$309.88. Can you imagine $309.88 for a tire? I will NEVER buy anything at Tarbox and would never receommend having service done there. More

I purchased a 2004 Toyota Tundra back in 2004 at Tarbox and was very happy with the service provided. This year I went back to Tarbox to look at a new Tacoma pickup truck and in the same day I purchased th and was very happy with the service provided. This year I went back to Tarbox to look at a new Tacoma pickup truck and in the same day I purchased the truck. My salesperson, Jeff was very informative about the truck and I feel we negotiated a great price on the truck and on my trade. I liked the idea that we did not have to go back and forth with the price and when my wife's lease was due on her BMW we decided to go and look at 4Runner's. Jeff went above and beyond and matched another dealerships price and had to make alterations to a 4Runner he had on the lot at Tarbox. My wife and I were more than pleased with how the vehicle turned out and with the entire process. Also, the finance personnel were wonderful as well. Marcus explained all of our options and got us a great rate. I will certainly return in the future to Tarbox, but it won't be too soon as these vehicles last a long time.
