They were best priced and the best I have ever worked with in all my years of buying cars ( 6 plus). More
I waited for 2 hours and they did nothing to my car!! I came in to get my tire either repaired or replaced per my lease tire warranty. I sat in the waiting area and watched as the associates came and spoke to every person who was sitting there before I came in, assuming it wasn't about the time spent on a service, but rather first in, first out. After seeing everyone leave and more come in I decided to inquire. This happened to be 2 hours later. When I walked to the desk the associate was on the phone with someone and me tioned my name. When he was done he explained that when I leased the car, the dealership was a Clay Nissan so they had no record of my warranty or lease agreement. Because of that they were not able to do any work on my car and I would have to go to the Clay Subaru dealer, who he assumed had my lease agreement. He explained that they had to do some digging to find that out which is what took so long but regardless, some courtesy would've gone a long way. Any update or asking if I minded waiting would've been great. But there was nothing as I sat there until 5 pm and found out the only dealer who could help me closed at 5. Unacceptable service! More
Not great I usually have a good experience however this time, the service department was unable to find my warrant despite me telling them that I had one and to I usually have a good experience however this time, the service department was unable to find my warrant despite me telling them that I had one and told me to get reimbursed after I pay it by me calling the third party office. I did so then shortly after I pulled it up and they would not reimburse me. It was frustrating that they were unable to look something up that I bought through them, as well as, they stated that I did not purchase my car through boch Nissan which I had. More

I requested to test drive a car they had for sale while my car was being serviced. The sales person asked if I was going to buy the car. I told him I wanted to compare it to my current car to see if there was a noticeable difference and if there was I would consider buying it. After I gave him my liscence he went to his manager and returned to tell me the manager refused my test drive stating he didn’t want to put miles on the car. I was insulted and they lost a poteyssle. More
