Need to go back As I explained, there was a noise underneath the car when I accelerated. They identified right away that there was something not secure under the hood As I explained, there was a noise underneath the car when I accelerated. They identified right away that there was something not secure under the hood and assumed that was the noise. When I tried to explain that this wouldn't explain why the noise is under the car and is louder when accelerating, they acted dismissive ("mansplaining" anyone?). They said they drove it around the lot and didn't hear anything. Was the exhaust system looked at? Did anyone drive it for a few minutes at a higher speed?As soon I picked up speed on the highway heading home, there is the noise as loud as ever. Now I need to bring it back. More
