Unfortunately, my service experience was atrociou PLEASE READ AND SHARE!!! Recently, I took my 2014 Nissan Altima in for service at Boch Nissan. Unfortunately, my service experience was atrocious. The staff proved unprofessional and untrustworthy, and I left after 11 hours and ~$800 with the same issue. !!! I would not recommend going to this dealer for anything !!! Let's start in the beginning: I came in, because when my car reaches 2000 RPM, it grinds. I was concerned as a responsible owner. On my first visit, they diagnosed the problem, but don't thin that they ever took the car for a test drive! I guess the computer has all the answers. They went through a long list of repairs that my vehicle "needed", including a new transmission pan (dented) and a new motor mount. The diagnostic took about 3 hours of my time. They initially quoted me at $1250 for all of the work. Reluctantly, I agreed to get the work done to resolve recurring the issue, and ultimately paid ~$800. I came back to get the repair done two days later, since they had to order parts, and my vehicle was ready after about 4 hours. I paid for the services rendered, got in my car, and drove away. Immediately, I hear the same grinding noise around 2000 RPM. What's going on!? Frustrated and confused, I called back my service rep to inform him that the issue was not resolved. He didn’t answer and I left a message. I called again and left another message. I called a third time. No answer. Finally, I called the shop directly, and scheduled an appointment through them. I arrived for my third visit, and they finally decided to take the vehicle for a test drive. The mechanic tells me that “this noise is normal for a CVT (the type of transmission in my vehicle), but it is excessive.” I think to myself… This noise is normal? This is the same noise that I heard before, so if it is “normal,” then why did I get all of these repairs done? After returning to the shop, the service rep told me that I would have to pay another diagnosis fee if I wanted to try to get to the bottom of the issue. At this point I was so frustrated all I could do is laugh at the irony of the situation. He told me that his manager could waive the fee, but was at lunch. Ultimately, it took an hour to waive the fee. As this third four-hour visit concluded, the service rep told me that they couldn’t figure out what was causing the noise, and demanded that I take my keys back, even though I told him I wanted to put the issue to bed. Of course, it was the noise that initiated this $800 and 11 hour ordeal. He said that there was nothing he or his mechanics could do for my issue. Fed up, I asked to talk to his manager. While the service rep said he would fetch the manager, it was clear he was letting time slip away, because he was leaving at 4 pm, about 45 minutes from the time when he forced my keys back. Every time I approached his work station, he scurried like a squirrel to some other apparently demanding task. Finally, at 4:10, he informed me that his manager is too busy, and that he would have a “senior associate talk to me on the manager’s behalf.” For the inconvenience, the senior associate told me that he could provide 2 free oil changes, because after all of this, I want to bring my car back to that place. He reiterated the mechanics remarks that “this noise is common for the CVT transmission.” The very noise that I brought in my vehicle to address is “common,” even though they told me I needed $1250 worth of repairs to address it. Even still, I have called the service rep, senior service rep, shop, and director of service to further address my concerns, each multiple times, and no answer. No surprise! The actions of Boch Nissan were unprofessional, untrustworthy, and unworthy of my business in my opinion. I will never go back there again, or buy another Nissan for that matter, and I recommend you do the same! More

However I must say the technician at this location seems that they know it all and they hate there job. Was there for an oil change and tire rotation, something that can be done in an hr and half it took 3 to 4 hrs. I must say if it wasnt for Matt, it would of been a difrent story today, he even took upon himself to go personally and do what the technician should have done from the very biggining. Some employees just really care about there job. THANK YOU MATT!!! More

A panel below the rear door on the passenger side needed to be repaired, as it no longer was flush with the adjoining panel. After he and the mechanic inspected the area, Matt came to the waiting area to inform me of what they determined was the problem. I was informed it would take 15 minutes or so to fix, and was told the price. I authorized the repair. Unfortunately, it took considerably more time; however, Matt provided an accommodation on the original price. Much appreciated. More

Did not get what I paid for I paid for a tire rotation and it was not done (I could easily tell by an identifiable tire that was in the same position as when I brought it in).
